The house is very spacious and can accommodate all of us with ease. There are so many bedrooms so you can easily arrange to all your needs. The house is suitable for large family. The host was welcoming and always responsive since before we've arrived. Overall good value.

Super nice hosts, excellent place, located fairly close to bus and train station, free protected parking space. Excellent value. Fully recommend.

I can't say enough good things about our host, Agnese! She, unfortunately, had an unforeseen issue with the place we rented, but she went above and beyond making sure that one of her other rentals was available to my husband and daughter for their stay. She, and her family, are extremely hospitable and made my family feel very welcome! I highly recommend her as a host and would be delighted to book with her again.

We spent a week in Carlo's fantastic place. The house is super nice and typically Italian furnished. It was perfect for relaxing and coming down, especially the location and sunsets were my special highlight. Carlo greeted us very warmly and responded quickly.

This home is absolutely beautiful. The pictures don't even do it justice, and the views are beyond breathtaking. Donatello is a very kind and responsive host. He welcomed us in to feel right at home and provided rich information and resources about the area. We were lucky to be able to stay here and hope our travels will bring us here again, soon.

Flora's place was great. It has a beautiful yard, view and patio. The apartment is charming and cozy. We loved it. The biscotti, wine and fresh eggs were the perfect touch!

We loved our time at this rustic Tuscan property tucked up under the Castello di Poppiano. It is a large private space with tremendous views. The weather was not optimal for us so we didnt get a chance to stroll through the landscape but were delighted when the cats made an appearance for us. Sara met us to introduce us to the property and did a great job getting us acclimated. We were very comfortable here and the location allowed us to maximize our time in Tuscany and get to the experiences we were looking to have over a 4 day span. The only criticism is that the interior lighting is not very bright and often times was darker than we would would have preferred but that was only a minor concern.

This was the perfect place for us to stay in Tuscany. We wanted a space with a beautiful view, close to the center of Florence, and we needed secure parking for our large Toyota truck. The house is cosy and the decor very nice. This is clearly a well loved property. We felt it was a privilege to have the opportunity to stay here. We highly recommend Michela as a host.

Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect stay in Leonardo's beautiful house. I highly recommend it to all travelers in Florence. The house is beautiful and the garden and the pool are extraordinary. Leonardo is extremely attentive and very kind. To be recommended absolutely.

My partner and our two dogs only stayed two days from December 31 to January 2 in the "Green Apartment"; The apartment was very clean and well-stocked from every point of view ( kitchen, bathroom and bedroom) the spaces are quietly there for a long vacation. We are from the Florence area, and finding ourselves in the middle of all that greenery very close to the center and all the services did not seem true. The entire farm is very well cared for and you can enjoy the stay in relaxation, being very quiet. Unfortunately, staying in winter we could not enjoy the very large outdoor pool, but you can see that it is well maintained. We'll definitely be back to get away from the routine towards the hottest season. Highly recommended for those who want to visit Florence and its surroundings and spend a long vacation.

Our days at Podere di Montecchio were wonderful! The accommodation was super fresh and the pool together with the view was a dream. Paola and Luigi were very kind, helpful and made several recommendations about activities nearby to make our trip as good as possible. We will definitely go back and I can recommend everyone to visit Podere di Montecchio at some point. Thank you for an amazing week!

We found our stay to be peaceful with calming surroundings. Outstanding views all around. Spacious, well appointed accommodations. Everything we wanted to see was within 1 hours drive and oh so close to Florence. We were afforded our privacy with the knowledge that our hosts were available for any needs. Can't wait to revisit

There’s something very special about this home and its surroundings. It’s both serene and spiritual. A charming old farmhouse, with the most beautiful greenery all around it, (many olive and fig trees) and stone pathways to lead your way. Beatrice is so helpful and sweet. She is lovely to talk to. She is available when needed, yet allows you privacy. She also let us have the opportunity for a late check out. Getting to Florence from the home is a 35-45 minute drive, but there are many surrounding towns that Beatrice helps you to navigate. If ever I return, this will be where I stay. Thank you Beatrice!

Luigi’s place was elegantly decorated, clean, and spacious. Has updated heating/air conditioning and allowed more than a 5 minute shower (a rarity in our travels across Europe). Short walking distance to Florence Santa Maria Novella Train Station and plenty of restaurants/shopping nearby. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Luigi’s place.

This was an amazing stay! Giancarlo, the host was very friendly and his place exceeded our expectations.The place was fully stocked with anything you would need to make yourself feel right at home. Not to mention it is minutes away from wonderful restaurants and shops. This was a 10/10 for us and really made our trip to Florence spectacular.

It was an absolute pleasure spending some days in a perfectly centric spot in Florence. The host manages the different apartments offered in the building and keeps the places spotless and in perfect condition. We were on the first floor, which includes an elevator in case you were bringing bulky luggage. The window frames are renovated and noise insulation is optimal despite the centric place. All electric appliances in the kitchen, bath, washing machine, and dryers are new. All the plugs include classic and mini USB sockets to charge your devices, and the Wi-Fi works very well. We used the gym downstairs, which was best in class. Thanks, Francesco and Filippo, for all the fantastic attention. If we happen to return to Firence, this is the place we will return.

Words cannot express how much our husband and I enjoyed our stay here. We were blown away with how beautiful and spacious the apartment is. The garden area is large and serene. It truly is elegant, as described. My husband’s favorite things about the stay were that it was on the ground floor and that the environment was very calm and peaceful. Francesca was a WONDERFUL host and made us feel welcome and at home. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Florence.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment - it was everything I needed and more! The place itself was comfortable and really well set up. The location is perfect, with easy access to local shops, the city centre, and some truly beautiful parks and walking routes just a short stroll away. What made the experience even better was the host, Nicoletta - incredibly attentive, always helpful, and quick to respond to any questions I had. I would highly recommend and I will certainly be back!
