Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Santa Croce, Florence

There is a house in a quiet village where you can get to and from Florence by bus. Puppy cats greet me. The host informed me before leaving that I had to pay a separate tax of 8 euros on the 3rd day of the 2nd night, but I almost forgot to come out. You can also pay with a card. Breakfast is delicious and hot water works well. It was also fun to take the bus to Piesjole and go to the mountain village. It's a great place to feel the quiet countryside.

What a magical place! Andrea was super friendly and helpful, the location is peaceful and a true gem and the rooms are spacious and absolutely spotless. There’s space for the children and adults alike and the beautiful breakfast was a real treat. We thoroughly enjoyed our night here and highly recommend Andrea‘s place.

It’s a good place. Host care about your feeling. Very responsive! Recommend! Only thing need be improved is the WiFi. It’s pretty slow in all area inside the house.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! Everything about my stay was perfect. Very pleasant stay, very convenient location for everything: close to the center on foot, convenient to the station and easily accessible even by car. Very clean room and bathroom, cozy structure. Rosa was more than available, always reachable and ready to give all the necessary information. All for a very limited expense.

Very much enjoyed our stay with Antonio. He got us an upgrade to an even nicer room, which was super clean, spacy and very well maintained. We especially appreciated the recommendations for local sights upon arrival! Highly recommend!

We stayed at Alessandras accommodation for 3 nights and had a really nice time there. The room and in general the whole house were like a dream - so so beautiful. It felt like staying at a museum and the garden just made everything even more perfect. Alessandra was very nice, friendly and helpful. She always made us something little for breakfast even though we didn’t even book breakfast extra. We were allowed to use a small fridge and oven, along with a cafe machine and a water boiler. The apartment is located in a nice area of Florence and in walking distance to the Centre. Would 100% recommend to everyone!!

Orsini’s house was like extended home feeling. She is very sweet. Apartment just on the main road and walkable from bus stop. Locality is safe. We had great time.

We are Indonesian and Swiss Couple that living in Switzerland. Our destination is Firenze but we choose place outside from centre, and we really happy to Find Sandro`s place. Easy to find, modern and new organize, room and toilet are big enough. Supermarket directly only cross the street, parking area on the Supermarket also big. Some restaurant also near from Sandro`s place, but the good things on the 1st floor and the other side building also have Restaurant. They have no provide some drink, tea or coffee inside the room, but for us that is really Ok, because we spend mostly our time outside. Also simple breakfast that is really enough and good. Sandro give a good service to all the guest when we have a breakfast. The best part, when we arrive really so late from the time mentioned by apps. Sandro still waiting for us with really good mood (we are arrive 11.15pm) Thank you so much Sandro for your hospitality, advices and suggestion for everything we need.

My daughter and a friend stayed in Francesco's room who were very satisfied. Accommodation exactly as described, very clean and, above all, very close to the bus stop to the center of Florence. They were greeted at check-in by Francesco's father, very kind, especially in giving all the useful information to my daughter and her friend for their stay. Highly recommended accommodation.

Where to begin? I would come back and live here if I could. Irene’s neighborhood, (or should I say burg?) Is enchanting and a great place to build your leg strength and fill your lungs with clean air and your eyes with beauty. Irene’s discerning taste has resulted in a home that is unique and quite charming. And there’s a spot for everyone, especially at the breakfast table. I haven’t laughed that much or had as much intellectual and silly mental stimulation in a long time! Her breakfast making skills are creative and bespoke. She has little tasty surprises at every meal. This is a true B and B. Irene has a heart of gold and I hope to come back. I have encouraged my friends to visit. Oh! As a solo female traveler, I highly recommend Irene’s home of GRACE.

Francesca and Ronfino (prince of cats) are exceptional hosts - and both went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. This is a GREAT place to stay. The neighborhood is safe, there are a couple of restaurants (literally) just outside the door, and important landmarks are within walking distance. With that said, it's very easy to get a taxi, should you need one. Highly recommend staying with Francesca. She's personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. Also, believe me when I say that you will not leave the flat hungry in the morning. Thanks for a great stay!

It was an amazing experience for us. We stayed with a group of 3 at the place. The home was stylish, nicely decorated and extremely clean and neat. What is very special about our stay is, awesome pasticerries made by a real Italian Chef Mariagrazia. I will strongly recommend her breakfasts and delicious pasticerries. It was a unique experience for us. Thanks a lot, for this warm, kind and delicious experience.

Excellent to say the least! Daniela and her husband are exceptional people, it feels like staying at home! The breakfast prepared by Daniela is worth the trip, especially her cakes! Not to mention the hospitality for the child, we have just left and already wants to return to Daniela's house! We met for New Year's Eve and they also offered us a good wine to toast all together in front of an enchanting fireplace! What can I say, maybe unique! I hope to be back soon!

Traveling alone, I found myself less confident and reclusive in my first 2 weeks in Italy. Upon reading reviews, I had a feeling Suzi would snap me out of it. And she DID!! She was so welcoming, made me a delicious dinner the first night, and made me a part of her family for the week. I was even invited to her milestone birthday party with all her lovely friends, and then another joint birthday family dinner at home. She gave me a bunch of awesome recommendations, always asked if I needed anything, and calmed me down when I called her in despair, being lost in a field somewhere, lol! The room was huge and cozy, the shower sooo nice! (I was in the room off the kitchen) Suzi is very intelligent and we had some interesting conversations. Her two dogs Tyra and Gigi stole my heart immediately. I will be back, maybe as a work away! I will never forget your kindness and the remarkable woman you are <3

We only stayed for one night but we immediately felt at home. The room was perfect like the whole house but the real plus was being welcomed by a special and helpful person like Cristina. If we get the chance, we'll definitely be back.

It's an extremely fun b&b with delicious breakfast! It has a good quiet location, accessible with nice little roads over the hills. The swimming pool gives cooling after a hot day, and there is a delicious restaurant where you can eat well. The people who work there are all very friendly and nice, they are happy to help you where needed. We stayed there superbly, thank you!
