Vacation rentals with a patio in Tuscany

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Accommodation with all the necessary comforts, terrace with very pleasant deck chairs on sunny days, the location just outside the ZTL area is useful, reachable by car, the private parking was a lifesaver and the bus within walking distance is very convenient! The center can also be reached on foot in about twenty minutes with a brisk walk! Very satisfied!

The apartment is in one of the most beautiful and most comfortable areas of Livorno: in the small 'Venice' with canals and boats, near the port and in the city center, with the best restaurants right outside the house. The apartment is in a newly renovated building (like the apartment itself) with a modern, essential and very comfortable style. The cleanliness is impeccable. We'll definitely be back.

Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay in Palaia! The suite was cozy, comfortable, and had the most amazing outdoor space with a hot tub and pool access. The space is clean, updated, and styled very nicely. We stayed with our 11 month old baby and there was a perfect crib and highchair. Andrea and Simone were amazing hosts. They were so welcoming, gave us local recommendations, and even set up a cooking class for me when I inquired about it! They have an amazing property with a stunning cantina and wine cellar. They are very knowledgeable about the area, and were gracious hosts. Palaia is a lovely small town which you can easily travel to many other main cities or smaller towns. The landscape is stunning! You will enjoy your stay!

We had a great stay at this tastefully designed place. We would like to emphasize the truly impeccable cleanliness! Gabriele is a very dedicated host! He sweetened our stay with small but fine touches (jam, tea, shower gel, a nice bouquet of flowers) and made sure several times proactively that everything was to our complete satisfaction! We had a lovely holiday in Tuscany. The villa is surrounded by beautiful scenery with lots of day trip options nearby. We added on a cooking class with Raimondo and Viola (Nada's daughter) and learnt so much. We will definitely be making fresh pasta from now on! The villa is well equipped, and nicely furnished.

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic apartment in a brilliant location, so close to the Duomo and high street. The apartment had everything we needed and more, making our stay effortless. Super clean and the thoughtfully equipped. The hosts are outstanding, great at communicating and couldn’t do enough for us, even recommending local restaurants and checking in to make sure we were all settled. We stayed there with two little kids and it was perfect. We would totally recommend and will be staying here again. We have recommended to family and friends already!

Gianluca's cabin is very beautiful! it is in an area of vineyards on the outskirts of Faenza, the view is amazing and he was very attentive to us. Super recommended!

The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from the walls. It was a quiet area, which suited us well (having a baby with us). Parking space for the car was great. Good communication with the host, Angela. Only thing to mention is that there was a bit of noise in the kitchen/livingroom until about 21:00 from the yogastudio/nearby gym. Didn’t disturb us, and not anything you heard in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this place!

The place was really very nice and everything was as described. The location is really great, both the beach and Portovenere are just a short walk away. Directly in Portovenere, wonderful hiking trails start, so you hardly need the car...The garage is an absolute plus! The communication with Nicoletta was very easy and she gave all the important information in advance. After a few days, we were just allowed to move into an apartment with fantastic sea views and views of the bay, which we really found super nice and not self-evident. We would come back in a heartbeat and spend our vacation here! :)

Giovanni was an incredible host! Highly communicative, incredibly kind, and highly considerate. His recommendations were wonderful, and he worked extensively with us when we had personal travel issues. His home is in the perfect location, with gorgeous views and a five minute walk from the train station. This may be my favorite place I have ever stayed, could not recommend more!!!!

Absolutely beautiful, clean place in fantastic location. Views were even better than the photos. Balcony and yard felt very private. Had no intentions of using the jacuzzi, but after all the walking and hiking, it was exactly what we needed and used it both nights of our stay. We weren't sure which village to stay in but Riomaggiore turned out to be our favorite--especially appreciated the nearby elevator which takes you right down into town. Via dell'Amore was closed due to heavy rains the previous days, but we found trails open in Corniglia and hiked to Vernazza--spectacular views and a wonderful restaurant just before you get to Vernazza. Also grabbed a small bite at FuorOtta in Riomaggiore--walked in, no reservation. Only regret was not having a full meal here--food was outstanding. Francesca was a great communicator before and during our stay. Provided helpful recommendations on everything from taxi service to trails to restaurants. This place is a hidden gem--book it!

The house was beautiful and the balconies were lovely! Dominik was so kind and helpful answering all our questions and gave us baby friendly amenities! He even gave us free eggs from the kitchen! Thank you, Sophie

We had such a beautiful days at Roberta’s place, the property is peaceful, very clean, really nicely decorated and the view from the terrace is just perfect. We would fully recommend and will be back ourselves.
