Monthly Rentals in Santa Barbara

We stayed here while we were relocating to Santa Barbara, and looking for a permanent place to live. This was the perfect homebase for that. Great location close to State Street walkable to anything you want to do in Santa Barbara, and a functional kitchen which allowed us to cook many meals “at home.” Having offstreet parking available was also super convenient as was the washer and dryer available for use as well. Can’t recommend staying here enough, whether you’re here for a short visit or staying more long-term, this is a fantastic Airbnb to choose.

I can't say enough good things about my stay. Hani really stands out as a host. He was extremely responsive to any communication/requests I initiated. He responded promptly and beyond my expectations. He gave me the impression he was a very honest, caring man who really wanted me as a guest to enjoy my stay. I got the feeling I was in great hands and I had made a smart choice with the accommodations. The space itself is very well thought out. There are sweet touches from a warm bidet in the bathroom, to a beautiful water feature in the private courtyard, and full amenities such as a full sized refrigerator and oven. He did an excellent job with a small space. I had the feeling that I had everything I needed. I absolutely hope to return to this same lovely space. Many thanks to this wonderful host.

we had a lovely stay! no complaints, the place is exactly as pictured. the neighborhood in my opinion is beautiful and very peaceful. the place was always less than a 25 minute drive to any place we wanted to visit which was a plus!

What a lovely property! We immediately felt at home in this space. The furniture, decor and layout were a great mix of comfort and design. It was all very tasteful, practical and felt as if we stepped back in time. This unit has a King Size bed, which was fantastic. The bedroom also has a large walk-in closet with tons of hangers. The location is 10/10. Easy walk to the beach, the Funk Zone, coffe shops, restaurants, wine tastings, etc. Street parking was easy too. Dart Coffee, The Valley Project (wine tasting) & Bettina (pizza) stood out as favorite spots to check out. The only drawback is that this unit is on the ground floor, so you hear the tenants upstairs walking around, flushing the toilet, showering, etc. But it's an old building, so it's not surprising. Bring a white noise machine if you want to sleep in! Besides that, this place is absolutely perfect. Breezy check-in and check-out. Great communication. Highly recommend!
