Hi! Its nice apartment for the short stay. Little far from the city center, but you can reach mall in 10 min on grab bike) Coworking that available basically really packed and three meeting rooms that located there were booked for all my stay) but you can enjoy the garden inside the complex and work there or relax near to pool For me, not enough space in apartment, so small kitchen side, but price is pretty fair and i appreciate for the stay)

Felt very safe as a solo female traveller. Was a little bit out of the centre but was not a problem at all for me.

The moment you walk out of the living room to the veranda, you will see the pool. It is so accessible!. New condo is under construction nearby, but pool view There is no noise during the day. However, there is some noise from the next room. And there is a slight smell coming from the bathroom sewer. Considering that, it's a great place to stay.

Overall experience: I really liked it, I recommend it! Accommodation: the apartment is small but cozy! The bed is very comfortable! The air conditioner worked in every room and did a good job! Noise and sounds: a small construction site is temporary now, but I think it will end quickly) Quiet at night, during our stay there were no repairs in the building. Location and amenities: if this is your first time in Chiang Mai and your goal is to walk more around the sights of the center, then keep in mind that they are a taxi and 15-20 minutes away. If you take for a long time, participation or work during the day, you know that this is one of the best places in the city, combining swimming pools, a sauna, a gym, a room for children with Lego, a co-working space for barbecue on the street. And also very close proximity to Central Festival - there is a special internal secret passage in 5 minutes!

Maybe because it was a new building, the water was clean and the Central Festival was a 3-minute walk, so it was nice.

Beautiful villa by the river in Mei South, three villas, the owner's aunt lives in one of them, very friendly and nice, the lawn is large and beautiful, more than 10 minutes by car from the center of the ancient city, there is a good Thai cuisine hall a few minutes walk, there is a historical French restaurant, across the road is a nice cafe to eat breakfast, it is a perfect stay

To begin, let me say that I would happily stay at this house again. The host communicated regularly with me, was exceptionally friendly, and very helpful. The house was large and had more space than two of us could use. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. Air conditioning was available in every room. The kitchen has a good array of appliances, including a gas range, but has limited utensils if there are more than four people. One note: The house has more than 300 plants in containers, which makes the property very green and pleasant. One section of the plants is screened off for the owner to maintain, but I watered the other plants every few days. The house is about a 10-minute walk from 89 Plaza, a shopping center with many restaurants, a supermarket, and small shops.

We had a relaxing stay in a quiet place just outside the city center of Chiang Mai Chiang Mai traditional house style house is well matched with a spacious garden You can see a lot of beautiful stars in the evening. thanks to jitrada, I spent a happy and relaxing time

The Pimrat's place is really nice . Clean two beautiful bouble bebed room with nice bed. Good Aircon every where in rooms and drawing. The toilet is so big with hot water with attached dressing room. Very comfort accommodation and safe. Its like a small banglow with security. You can take breath here. All through birds you can feel around. Pimrat and her hubbi took us to Maya and Nimman road with their big car. They are really very very nice persons. Their family persons are so good and smiley. Kim, the Pimrat's son he is a wonderful boy also a good musician. We never forget Kim... We love Kim. Pimrat invited me and my wife on 1st January party in her house. Wow wonderful party ... Wine ,Champagne various foods ... Songs, dance, lottery games.... Really we enjoyed a lot. We feel the Thai family how warm with reception. Pimrat now is not the host ... She and her family all are now our friends. We miss them.

it is a super cozy zone. the house are very good. outdoor area is very comfortable. sleeping rm are clean, big, comfortable.

Sunny is very proactive and responsible. The place is next to Central Festival where has everything. Room is spacey.

The room was smaller than the photos, but the view was good, and most importantly, the host feedback was really good. There was a Central Festival nearby, so it was nice to be able to buy what I needed every evening, and Grab and Bolt were also able to call the accommodation, so it wasn't uncomfortable with the location!

Liyong's place was very nice, great location and super clean with a lot of amenities. We liked to be so close to a lot of night markets, 2 supermarkets, Friday Morning market is right behind the corner. Walkable to everything that we possibly needed and wanted to see during our month stay. Super comfortable beds!! Liyong and Sophia are amazing responsive hosts. We had a couple of items that we needed, and these were delivered immediately upon request. Communucation was superb, speedy and right to the point. For us there were a couple of drawbacks: very small kitchen, and we like cooking dinners at home at least a few times a week, so it was not very convenient for that. It is OK for making breakfasts though Also we are very light sleepers, there was nightly party music from the nearby Hard Rock cafe which comeing thru the closed windows until 3-4 am every night. We used ear plugs. Otherwise, this is a perfect place to stay!!

excellent place, so big. 80 baht in a grab to night bizzare. lots of local restaurants around. Great coffee shops nearby.

I really enjoyed to stay here, I wish I could stay longer. Place is perfect located, making 10 minutes to the center. Super clean, super safe, great view. 10/10.

Great Location, Great Amenities! This condo was the perfect base for our Chiang Mai trip. Being right next to Central Festival mall was super convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was responsive and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. We would definitely stay here again!
