Nice, peaceful & quiet location away from the busy streets. Large room with toilet and good shower, comfortable bed and balcony. Easy access to the old city, just 5-10 min. away with lots of restaurants, cafes and markets. Free laundry service and very good breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. We booked two extra nights and had to move room, but we got an upgrade to a deluxe room for the hassle. We loved our stay, and we loved Chiang Mai, highly recommended.

Baan Boo Loo is a traveller's dream. Ticks all the expectations of a Thai home and genuine Thai hospitality. Thanks so much for everything. Everyone who comes to Thailand should see Thai culture this way. The rooms are mostly in teak with lots of antiques and beautiful fabrics and touches. It is like stepping back in time but with all the important modern amenities.

We stayed at the hospital one night during mid January and have a restful stay. It’s a very modern place with all the nice touches of the hotel located on the main road. The bar next-door had live music The night we stayed in the music and it around 2300-2300...Because it was two acoustic guitars the noise level wasn’t bad. I recommend this hostel to other travelers that are looking for a nice clean place to stay.

Great place, exactly as pictured or even better, very quiet, the room is very tidy, the environment is quiet, I will choose here next time I come to Chiang Mai.

Four years later, when I came back to Chiang Mai town again and was lucky enough to stay in Villa, a simple and clean Thai style homestay that we loved. Unique Highlights: The small garden is particularly beautiful and the swimming pool is clean.The room is our favorite and the light is very good. There is a big balcony.Owner has bamboo woven bags, paper umbrellas in advance, you can take them out for hanging out.Loved the hint scent of its home, very unique, we also bought a bottle Location: Good location, just between the old city and Nimman Road, convenient wherever you go, more than 10 minutes from the airport Host Interaction: The host is very friendly. They answered our questions. The other staff also served.

It's easy to walk to the ancient city, the nearest family 711 is 5 minutes past.There is no odor in the room, and the bedding is good for sleeping.The only thing is that the hot water temperature needs to be turned on first and then adjusted.Great value for money overall.

We had a wonderful experience with this accomodation. Staff were always friendly and incredibly helpful - the room was just as pictures and very comfortable. A great location, walking distance to Old Town and all the markets, temples and resteraunts you would hope to visit in Chiang Mai. The resteraunt right next door - Uncle Home - was also delicious and very well priced. We hope to come back soon!

Oasis in Chiang Mai The location was excellent easy to walk into the city, lots of local eating places nearby. Easy to get taxi Grab or tuk tuk when required. The staff are excellent the on site restaurant for breakfast was also good. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms well supplied and a good size. Having a full size fridge and a washing machine was a bonus. The common pool area was also lovely and a relaxing oasis away from the city hustle. Would certainly stay here again

Such a welcoming place, the staff were super friendly and helpful, drove me places and helped me overall. About 15 minutes from the old city, need to relay on taxi but it’s cheap. The room was nice! Really peaceful, recommended!

Enjoyed my stay here! Phenomenal location right next to busy bars and lots of spots to get food. 7/11 very close, and easy to get taxis/ Tuk tuks. Room looks just like the photos. My only complaint is that there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom as soon as I checked in, and didn’t go away for the entirety of the stay. Overall if that problem was fixed I would have no issue coming back.

Great stay. I also really appreciated the front desk lent me 150 bhat to pay my taxi driver as I got in late and no exchanges were open. That was really kind. Overall, great stay and would come back
