One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had so far—especially as a digital nomad. The place has a unique vibe, well-equipped with thoughtful amenities. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive; they handled every request with care. The gym was excellent—had some solid workouts there. Location is spot-on, right between Nimman and Maya Mall. The balcony also offers a great view, perfect for relaxing.

It felt like home! The apartment was super clean and cozy. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, even the air purifier. The location is just perfect. And the big advantage is that the apartment is not hot because direct sunlight doesn’t reach the room. Yes, you can hear the planes but it didn’t bother me at all. The communication was friendly, quick and helpful. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Chiang Mai!

Bow and Golf are dedicated and flexible when serving their client. location is good for tourists who are looking for coffee shops, restaurants and mall The streets are full of cars and motorcycles which make a decent amount of noise and the air is poluted.

Really enjoyed this stay, it's a really good location and a well maintained Condominium building with a fantastic pool, lots of parking. 7/11 just outside and a coffee shop with a 5 minutes walk to Central Festival made this ideal base for our trip to visit relatives in Chiang Mai. We had such a lovely stay here! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. They were very accommodating, allowing us to check in slightly early. The place was clean and comfortable, and in a fantastic location close to many cafes/restaurants, whilst being quiet and peaceful.

Cyril and his wife have a nice place in a fantastic location that is walkable to most parts of the city but still a quiet escape when you need to recharge. Cyril is a great host that is super responsive

In the heart of Nimman Road, you can walk to Nimman 1, etc. The room has only one queen bed, which is actually only suitable for two people. It will be more crowded if there are more than two people. The host was easy to contact and responded very quickly. However, the price of more than 500 RMB doesn't seem to be very cost-effective, because you can rent a house with three bedrooms in a nearby location for an additional 300.

Loved our stay! The apartment is spacious with great natural light. The master bedroom was super dark and the bed is really comfortable. Plane noise was not a big deal at all. We loved the coffee shop downstairs and the restaurant down the road (Charoenlaab or something like that!) has delicious Northern Thai food. Nimman is a quick walk away, and there are lots of cute little coffee shops within walking distance.

This condo was a perfect for myself and my fiancé during our 4 night stay in Chiang Mai. It truly checks off every box and exceeded our expectations. Guillaume was such a wonderful host and this listing is everything and more. Check in and check out was stress free and very easy to find. Guillaume was so responsive for any inquiries we had. After check-in, he offered so many great local recommendations for food, entertainment, shopping, massages and bike rental. The location is just a quick 13 min walk to the heart of nimman, which was perfect for us. There is a lot of parking for your bike which was essential too. All of the residents in the building were very friendly as well. The view was spectacular!! The sunsets are stunning and added so much beauty to this unit. We will definitely be back for our next stay in Chiang Mai. Thanks again Guillaume!!

I stayed here for a month. Friendly and responsive host, affordable, and there are marts and local restaurants nearby. Best accommodation. Two thumbs up. The accommodation was the same as the photos, and it was quite spacious when I visited. The bed was large, and the sofa and TV area were spacious. The kitchen is also large. The condition of the accommodation is the same as the photos shown, so please refer to the photos. We'll let you know about the environment around your home. This property is a private house next to a large apartment building. Every night, a security guard is on duty on the first floor until morning, and in the morning, the manager cleans the building every day. This property is located about 15 minutes on foot to the main gate of Chiang Mai University. Also, just beyond the accommodation's fence is Rajamangala University. In other words, it's an accommodation in the middle of a university district. Most students live in the main condo next to the annex. There are local restaurants near the property, a 7-Eleven and a Family Mart 1 minute away from the property, a Lotus Fresh Mart 5 minutes away, and a market 10 minutes away on the main road. It feels like it's located in the middle of a college dormitory. Most of the people around are students. So, there are a lot of cheap and delicious places to stay. The disadvantage is that due to the nature of Chiang Mai, there are no directions when going out on the main road, so you have to look carefully at motorcycles and cars. You can sometimes hear the sound of the plane, but it becomes dull when you get used to it. You can hear nearby dogs howling at night and in the morning. On Friday nights, you can hear the performance from the gymnasium of the university behind the house. Affordable and spacious accommodation, bright atmosphere of the university district, numerous local restaurants and marts. The manager is on duty every night. A pleasant, spacious, and environmentally friendly accommodation.

The accommodation was pleasant and the bedding was comfortable! I stayed for 16 days and only used one shower filter. The water was cleaner than other places, and it was comfortable with cooking utensils. I recommend it! I had a good rest!

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

The condo is just off the Nimman neighborhood of Chiang Mai so there’s a lot of restaurants and shopping in easy walking distance. It’s a bit far off from the city center though so you may want a Grab if you want to see that. The room itself is pretty nice and has a washer in the room. The rooftop pool is fairly small so don’t expect to swim laps there. Only potential problem is the building seems to have started cracking down on short term rentals. We didn’t have any problems, but did see security watching us from the stairs on check-in and taking pictures of cars and residents

Best value for money in Chiang Mai I believe. There is everything in the vicinity. The premise has swimming pool, great gym and in the vicinity there is bunch of good food options and massage parlours.

Had a fantastic stay! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was so great and close to everything. The host was responsive and thoughtful, making sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

I was satisfied enough to give it 6 stars:) They responded with kindness and promptness in every process from check-in to check-out, and the accommodation was clean and exactly the same as the photos. The bed was cozy and fluffy, and the bedding was clean and smelled good. The accommodation smelled good from❤️ the moment I checked in!! The location requirements were good, so I was able to have a good time in the downtown area. The fridge in the accommodation was efficient, so I was able to drink plenty of really cool water and beer, and the host prepared plenty of extra bottled water and daily necessities. There was no inconvenience with the WiFi connection, and everything was perfect. The space was spacious, so there was no inconvenience for two people to stay. Cleaning tools were also prepared, so I was able to maintain cleanliness, and there was no inconvenience at all as laundry detergent and kitchen utensils were sufficiently provided. It was so cozy and comfortable that I wanted to extend it, but I was disappointed that I couldn't extend it because I had a reservation afterwards. I made happy memories. I definitely plan to stop by again next time I come to Chiang Mai. I'll have to book at least three weeks in advance this time. I'll see you again next time.🙏💕

Really great space to get to know Chiang Mai! It is quiet, secure, and the perfect “spot” within the building (2nd fl, pool view side). Walkable to all the “nooks and crannies” in Chiang Mai. Grab (Uber) car to Old Town was easy and picked us up at the doorstep. Thank you for sharing the condo!

Very, very convenient neighborhood! 2-3 min walk to Big C downstairs. There is also a night market from Wednesday to Saturday. Very safe. 24-hour security. We rented a car ourselves and there's parking space. Security staff is super nice. The whole neighborhood is really comfortable and convenient. Experience the life of a local. There's a small food stall behind the 711 at the intersection. I ate there for three days. I'll stay again next time I go to Chiang Mai! The hostess is super nice, she knew we rented a car and waited for us to give me the parking ticket, and gave me a private guide, recommended the coffee in the neighborhood and the nearby massages are super good! Had a great experience😄
