The house is well-designed and perfect for both short and long stays especially if you're a big company. The accommodation is quiet and peaceful. The house is large and spacious, but it’s quite far from tourist attractions. The entrance to the alley is a bit deep. If distance isn’t an issue, this is definitely a place worth staying. The owner responds quickly.

Great thanks to 老徐 for his hospitality. He was very responsive in the first steps; for example, after check-in, he picked me up to rent a bike. The place was very good—clean and calm—perfect for a family vacation. The location was convenient, just 15 minutes from beautiful mountain spots and the city center. A great combination of city and nature. You would love it.

Really lovely stay in a great relaxing area of Chang Mai. If you are looking for a quiet place that allows you to explore the beautiful area and meet some nice locals then this is the spot. If you decide to chill and enjoy a day at home then this is a very inviting place that allows you to feel very at home. Couldn’t recommend the place more and the host Michael and his wife were extremely helpful and lovely people!

Amazing experience this time in a house living in Chiangmai, Thailand!The house was spacious and the yard was large enough to feel like four families were staying together.The kitchen is quite fully equipped, fully equipped with rice cooker, water boiler, frying pan, gas stove is also very strong, whether it is cooked early or making dinner is easy. Convenient transportation, very close to the center of the city, about 9 kilometers from the ancient city.The surrounding environment is more beautiful, and the sun in the yard is relaxing. Had to mention the landlord, a enthusiastic Chinese, communicated without any language barrier, especially smooth. All in all, it was a really nice experience to live in.I would consider staying here if I come back to Chiang Mai next time!

Tolani's place was perfect for our large group to all stay in one compound. street food started just around the corner and easy to hail a tuktuk or taxi from the main road. Ying the maid kept everything fresh and clean during the day and did a great job. would stay here again if I came back to Chiang Mai with a large group

Enjoyed our stay , convenient location , close to Maya Mall and restaurants . Host always responded quickly to any questions. Unit is on street with occasional loud vehicle at night but wasn't a problem for us. Will come back again if possible.

We loved our stay at Kat’s place. We felt at home. We have everything we needed. We were a big group and Kat was able to accommodate us. The pool was a plus. Close to good restaurants and very nice coffee shops. Kat was very helpful and always responsive to all our requests. The house was impeccable and Mr. Pan was amazing. Him and his team prepared a delightful Thai dinner that was delicious. I will definitely recommend Kats place

Our family of 10 absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The house is modern, spacious, clean, and came equipped with everything we need including a laundry machine and clothes drying area. It was a bit hard to find because GPS couldn’t accurately locate the home. We used the 7-Eleven’s address just down the street to get taxi/grab rides. The house is very close to One Nimman and Maya Mall. Tons of food and shopping options just minutes away. I hope to stay at this home the next time I visit Chiangmai. We stayed here for a month with our dog . The hosts are very friendly and nice. We could borrow their personal bikes. They didn’t accept money for it so we bought them a Buddha. We did some hikes in the jungle but we saw more cute animals around the house than in the jungle. We had a cute tree frog at the window who rests there at daytime and goes on an adventure at night to come back again in the morning. We absolutely loved this place, the nature and peace

Junjie is a serious and responsible and thoughtful host! Choosing to stay in his house is a blessing!He met all our needs and imagination!The house is big and looks like Villa is hardware!Okay, the host, Junjie, has soft power and makes the house smell! We overturned the original itinerary and enjoyed every corner and equipment in the house, just like at home! Everyone has different meanings for traveling, telling Junjie Host that he will do his best to make his own travel memory!

Great flat in a prime location, just a short walk from the Old City. Has all the required facilities, including a washing machine which is very useful when travelling. Would highly recommend if you are a group of 4 looking for accommodation in Chiang Mai!
