The houses were beautiful! They looked just like the photos and the area was extremely quiet and peaceful. The amenities were nice as well. My group loved it! I would definitely return here again.

In addition to all the amenities but I think the most wonderful thing about this stay is a very strategic location and close to everything you need the location near everything you need you just walk around you don't need to any transportation

I had a nice vacation here, the owner is friendly and attentive, the environment is comfortable, I especially like the nice back garden, and it is also very convenient to get around to various attractions.

This is a beautiful place to stay...quiet, homely and very well decorated Aircon in every room, giant tv, well appointed kitchen...we were in heaven. Will definitely be back

We had a great time as a family of adult siblings traveling thru Thailand. Loved the location in the old city walls! Lovely yard with garden and nice covered porch for gathering in the evenings. We spent every evening there. Beautiful temple right next door. Close walk to great restaurants and 7-11. Would stay again

I'm a bit skeptical of five-star reviews, which have become so common they seem to have lost their value, but in this case I would say the hosts' effort at equipping their place and communicating with guests does deserve five stars. The home was more spacious than I expected and very roomy and comfortable if you need to work at home or want to relax at home. I would recommend arriving during the day if possible, only because despite very detailed directions from the hosts, Chiang Mai's streets and sois (smaller streets and alleys) can be confusing. I wouldn't recommend the place for anyone very elderly or disabled, only because, like many Thai homes, it has lots of steps up and down. I didn't meet the hosts due to our short two-night stay, but they are speedy communicators and exude hospitality. They provided a good house manual with excellent restaurant tips. . . and house manuals are all too often missing at other five-star places. I would go back for sure.

Great homestay living experience, the style of the house is simple, and there are some local feel, green plants and flowers are also beautiful, the bed is also more comfortable than the photos, the room is a lot of nice little details, the host is also very good, it has helped a lot, and the trip to Chiang Mai is a good memory.

Beautiful and clean apartment with great location. Easy to access restaurants and all kinds of activities. John is friendly and always replies swiftly; we had a great time staying in the place. Highly recommended!

We’ve had great time staying.

The overall experience was good. The host is very communicative and helpful. I asked to make a check in before the time, and they tried to do their best, even though there was a problem with the door but they fixed it. Good location, good accomodation, good pool gym and sauna (if you want to use it come at least 1 hour before to turn it on for heat).

I had a fantastic stay! Jenejinta was a charming host, allowing early check-in and even taking care of my luggage. The place was exactly as pictured—modern, clean, and in a quiet soi of Nimman, close to Maya Shopping Mall. The building was well-maintained, the pool was great, and the staff were very kind. The bed was comfortable, and the aircon was quiet. Thank you, Jenejinta—I’ll definitely be back!

We had an amazing 4 day stay during the beautiful Loy Krathong and Yee Peng festivals. It's a quick walk to Central Festival Chiang Mai shopping center for any shopping you may need to do. The pool is absolutely amazing, great for swimming laps or just enjoying a cool dip. There is also a gym, game rooms, and meeting rooms available but we never got around to using them. I will say, as a word of warning, be careful about cooking. We did accidentally set off the smoke alarm while cooking breakfast. Other then that it was a great stay and would do it again in a heart beat. Thanks for everything!

The place is great, the building is calm, there's space to walk and the pool is wonderful, and it's not too crowned, at least during my stay. The gym is enough for a few days but it doesn't have many equipments. The apartment is a nice place to stay, I just missed a space to work from the apartment, kind of desk with a good chair. It seems a safe place, almost all the doors, include the elevator, have a face camera to enter, which was registered at the beginning of our stay. It's also pretty easy to order food or something, there's space in front of the building to the carrier left your orders. Also the host was pretty fast answering the messages.

Great place in one of the busiest locations in Nimman, you have everything around you. The place itself was nice and spacious, has a nice swimming pool and a gym. All the amenities were provided and if we needed anything extra like some more detergent it was swiftly delivered. I was very happy with out choice, would love to stay there again the next time we are in Chiang Mai!

The place was in a really good location and Amy was an amazing host. We stayed for 5 days and would love to go back some other time when visiting cm. The washing machines on the first floor are a great plus. Overall, I would definitely recommend the place for anyone wanting to enjoy the beautiful city of chiang mai.

Great location and comfortable stay. Noise from airport/Nimman nightlife was minimal and the host Lin provided earplugs. She was very thorough with her instructions and local recommendations. We did have some issues with one air conditioning unit leaking but oncw we made Lin aware of the problem it was handled promptly - luckily there were two units so the flat remained cool in the meantime.

If we could give 10 stars we would! ⭐️ Kate’s apartment was, without a doubt, the best place we’ve stayed in Thailand. Having been travelling for the whole year, we spent 6 weeks here, in pure comfort with everything you could need. The bed is perfect, the air fryer is a huge plus, the TV has Netflix - you feel right at home straight away. But, the standout ‘feature’ of this apartment is Kate herself. A genuine pleasure to have met and dealt with her. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and her kindness and hopsitality is a shining example of how kind people are in Chiang Mai. Thank you Kate for making our time so memorable 🙏 Having stayed in Nimman before, in different locations, this is by far a better option. Easy access to the road, easy drive to Maya Mall and other major areas. JJs Pad Thai is right round the corner - extremely good food. We will be back! After 6 weeks, we felt rested and refreshed. If you’re considering this apartment, do it!! You will not regret it.

Great view, quiet, spacious studio apartment. As stated in previous reviews there was no toilet paper, soap or drinking water - but I knew what to expect and so brought these things with me. Korvith was responsive when we had a problem with getting hot water and sent help immediately, problem fixed. The bed was comfortable … all in all, a good experience.

Great spot in Nimman, very well-maintained condo. You can walk to all the interesting spots around easily. I recommend it!
