Monthly Rentals in San Marco, Venice

What a wonderful apartment and location! Beautifully decorated, clean, wonderful outdoor terrace, steps from great restaurants and shops! We loved staying here! It was easy to get to the apartment via waterbus, as it is just around the corner from the bus stop! Super close to St Marks and the Academia bridge gave us lots of options to explore. The apartment was spacious, clean, and quiet.

Fabio’s place was INCREDIBLE!! The apartment was so close to everything. We enjoyed everything about it. He was very responsive with any questions and went above and beyond with communication. I would highly recommend the private transfer he offers. The process takes you from airport to the apartment. Would highly recommend Fabio’s place!

We had a lovely stay at Micaela's cosy and welcoming airbnb. We arrived late but Michaela was on hand to meet us which we greatly appreciated. The apartment itself is cosy, clean and ideal for a few nights' stay. Although it is on a ground floor it is very quiet at night and in the morning there are a few passersby but no disturbiung noise - quite the opposite in fact. The location is terrific. San Polo itself is a really lovely area with plenty of places to eat and drink and feels more an area for locals than tourists. The city ferry is a short walk away with access to all the sights. Isabella’s place in Venice is outstanding. Right at Campo Santo Stefano, the location cannot be more practical, but also quaint. Three minute walk to S.Samuele Vaporetto stop that will connect to and from train and airport, and close to great restaurants and museums (Academia). The place is appointed with everything one might need for a stay, the art and the furniture are elegantly selected. My husband and I just loved it. We communicated with Valentina who was super helpful and kind. We would love to return.
