This was a great stay, all thanks to Laura- we came to Venice to run the marathon, only to find that we absolutely had to pick up the race packs the day before our flight arrived. Laura went over to Mestre in her spare time and collected our packs and had them waiting for us at the property- without her excellent support, we would not have been able to run. This was indicative of the care and attention we recieved throughout our stay. Grazie mille, Laura!

I stayed at Giorgio’s place with my mom and we both absolutely loved it. The location is perfect, next to the water bus stop and it looked out over the water. The bathrooms were gorgeous and the mattresses in both bedrooms were very comfortable. The location is away from the busy tourist areas, and it was very peaceful to sleep at night. An added bonus was that each washroom had a dryer in it, and the washroom on the main floor had heated floors, which was lovely. Giorgio himself is an amazing host. He got in touch with me to make sure that I had instructions on how to get to his place and then very kindly met us in person at the water bus stop to take us to his place. The little touches were also very kind, including providing us with eggs, milk, and a bottle of Prosecco. He also kindly let us keep our suitcases a bit late until our water taxi came to pick us up. I cannot recommend Giorgio’s place enough. I will 100% try to stay here again if I am ever back in Venice.

It was such a pleasure staying in Marta’s flat. We loved the design and the personal touches throughout. The location was perfect - a charming, quiet neighborhood tucked away from the main touristy streets. Marta was kind, flexible and very responsive. We only wish we had more time to spend in the flat and in Venice.

Davide and the co-host Carlo were very kind and helpful. As we were travelling with an infant, Carlo's arrangement with the boat taxis between Venice and the airport makes the trip extreamly smooth and stress free. Very welcoming hosts with full of helpful information, quiet corner of Venice yet most of attractions are within 10~15 mins walk. Perfect. The local grocery ( Alimentari De Rossi Paolo) has really nice gourmet products for foodies.

This place is truly a gem! Fantastic restaurant just below, very well appointed with everything you could need. Irene was immediately responsive when we had a question. It is on the 4th floor, so the elevator was important. Perched with a small canal on one side and a Main Street on the other, the shutters helped block out much of the street sounds, and it’s fine considering you are smack in the middle of the best landmarks.

Beautiful location, excellent host, fantastic stay! Giovanni went above and beyond to ensure our trip was off to a great start…from picking us up at the water taxi station to the beautiful fruit, bottle of wine, and other staples he provided, to his suggestions for our stay. We would definitely recommend as a great place to stay when visiting Venezia. Lido was a beautiful island to explore, and a great base for our trip. This was the 2nd time I have visited Sofia's apartment. it is a perfect apartment for someone who wants to stay on Canal banks in Venice. Overlooks Sea right from the living room window and the master bedroom. the famous SanMarco square is just 2 vaporetto stations away. quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is well equipped especially the kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, utensils, glasses, cutlery and what not. As I prefer cooking home food, it was just perfect for us. everything was clean and absolutely no chance to complain. there are a couple of bars and grocery shops just below and Zitelle water boat station is just 50 meters away. Extremely convenient. Definitely look forward to coming again.

We loved Claudio’s apartment and the beautiful part of Venice that it’s in. Check in was so easy as I had a text waiting for me from Elisa as I got off the plane and she met as at the door. Claudio was very helpful with any questions I had, for instance about how to get to the airport to catch a very early flight. The apartment had everything we needed and the bed was huge and very comfy! A great place to stay.

What a perfect location for a first trip to Venice. Monica arranged our private water taxi to meet us at the train station, as well as take us to the airport. As first time visitors, that assistance was so appreciated and valuable. Fernando was onsite to help us get settled and to see us off at the dock. Location wise - what a truly magical location. Out of the front door is the Gritti Palace (where we enjoyed cocktails overlooking the Grand Canal). We easily walked everywhere. The rooftop deck was a perfect place to relax mid day. There are several recommendations available for restaurants (we went to several and enjoyed all meals). There’s a lovely bar for coffee and croissants very close. Everything was just easy, magical, and helped to make our trip so special.

Paolo was incredibly genuine and thoughtful. Not only did he meet us at the pier to ensure we wouldn’t get lost, but he also checked in when we arrived at the airport to make sure we knew how to buy ferry tickets and other essentials. He provided fantastic local tips, from restaurant recommendations to nearby island attractions, and even guided us on where to shop for groceries so we could cook at home. The accommodation was about an 8-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square—close enough to enjoy the sights but far enough to offer a peaceful, local atmosphere. Initially, we were unsure about the lack of a traditional living room, but the large dining table became a cozy gathering spot for our family, fostering even more quality time. The space was also very generous, allowing our family of four to unpack comfortably and truly settle in. This stay felt like a perfect home base for exploring Venice.

Adriana‘s place is a lovely spot, up several flights of stairs, with a beautiful little balcony overlooking the lagoon. Adriana‘s instructions were super clear, and she was extremely responsive and helpful. When I managed to overpay the City tax, she immediately reimbursed me. The apartment has a lovely peaceful, quiet and comfy atmosphere, and is right beside a vaparetto stop, Celestia. It is tucked away in a residential area away from the main attractions, but close to shops and good transport routes. Good value and an all round good experience. Thanks Adriana!

We had a great stay at this property and were extremely happy working with Marta. She was very responsive, always reachable, and a pleasure to communicate with throughout our trip. The apartment was clean and well-maintained and included all the amenities listed. The location was fantastic — close to the Rialto Bridge, railway station, grocery store, ATM, bakery, restaurants, and many popular attractions, most of which were within walking distance. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would stay here again in the future!

We stayed here for a weekend. We were picked up at the boat station and accompanied to the property. Everything is very clean and well heated. At checkout, we were kindly able to leave the luggage in the accommodation a little longer (until noon). Baba recommended good restaurants to us right away. Very friendly landlords, everything perfect. Highly recommend.

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. Thank you 🙏

Isabella’s place in Venice is outstanding. Right at Campo Santo Stefano, the location cannot be more practical, but also quaint. Three minute walk to S.Samuele Vaporetto stop that will connect to and from train and airport, and close to great restaurants and museums (Academia). The place is appointed with everything one might need for a stay, the art and the furniture are elegantly selected. My husband and I just loved it. We communicated with Valentina who was super helpful and kind. We would love to return.

The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

Absolutely beautiful place . Everything was clean. The place was as described. Julia was very kind and quick to respond to messages. The location of the place was absolutely perfect. Peaceful villa area, close to the sea, bus, supermarket, restaurant. We visited the nearby historic town of Caorle and also took advantage of a boat ride to Venice from the city of punta Sabbioni. We're so glad we chose this place and stayed with Julie. Highly recommend !! :)

The place was very nice, clean and cozy – we felt completely comfortable. A small disadvantage was the missing iron: Although I asked twice to provide one, this was unfortunately not organized. An ironing board was available, but unfortunately not helpful without an iron. In addition, an oven in the kitchen would have been practical. Overall, however, still a pleasant stay!
