House vacation rentals in San Marco, Venice

Andrea & Valentina are exceptional hosts! Andrea’s communication is excellent: he checks in, makes recommendations & is quick to answer any questions you have. The home is beautiful, well decorated, clean, with all the lovely amenities you could ask for. The private garden with the Jacuzzi was a bonus—very relaxing and peaceful. I ended up using it daily! Their home is on a nice quiet canal, tucked away from the very ‘touristy’ areas, but just a short walk to any of the popular attractions. There were tons of lovely restaurants & shops in the neighborhood, and a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away for necessities. Their place is really a gem, and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend & would definitely book again on my next trip to Venice!

The apartment is very welcoming, clean and newly built. Great location within walking distance of the pedestrian area and access to the sea. Linda is an impeccable host who is always available, directions to the apartment and access meticulous and detailed. I recommend the proposed solution.

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. A nice and spacious apartment! Nice pool! Quietly located, right next to it is a horse farm, which of course the children enjoyed very much. The kitchen is very well equipped, nothing is missing. Silvia and her husband welcomed us very kindly. Unfortunately, we were only there for two nights, due to the location, excursions to Treviso, Bassano or Marostica are possible without problems in a short time. We will be happy to come back!

Super location close to Venice, Noale, and Padua. The yard was fantastic for our two dogs to roam, and the cottage was well equipped for nice relaxing stay. Plenty of heating options were available, and I cannot say enough about Adri and Eugenio's hospitality during our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or stay there again!

Great location, near restaurants and beautiful scenery. Just enough away from the crowds to enjoy both the proximity to activities and a 20 minute walk to the main Piazza and Grand Canal. What a lovely area. Only 10 minutes walking to the train station too. We will definitely return.

the cottage was simply a fairy tale (my children loved it... and so did I), in a priceless setting such as that of Burano with all its colors. Ideal location for visiting the surroundings such as Murano or Venice itself. Antonella was a super attentive host from the start, providing us with all the useful information from the beginning to the end of our stay.

We hat a nice short holiday ladt week and were happy with the overall situation. The apartment is nice, tidy and also located very close by tram station. which makes it an ease to go to Venice. The neighborhood is also relative quite. Unfortunately ocar got a scratch by standing there, which a bit unpleasant. Still thanks for the kind hosting.

We loved everything about this place and our stay! It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. It was close enough to the canals, so getting our taxi to and from the airport was easy. Highly recommend!

We travelled as a family with two teenage boys at Easter time. Fabio was a wonderful host and very kind, responsive and helpful. He goes out of his way to make your stay a great experience. We arrived in Venice late at night with an unexpected flight delay. Fabio was so kind as to wait for us so that he could take us to the Airbnb and show us around. The area is very peaceful and quiet as well only 5 mins away from the main tourist area. All is very walkable from there. The ferry to the airport is also very close by. The Airbnb came with most everything we needed and was very comfortable for us. The bedding is really good and the house is charming and clean. We definitely recommend this Airbnb. This is a lovely place to stay in Venice.

Great place to stay if you want to visit Venice! The bus stop with direct access to the city is right around the corner. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Nina and Julian were very welcoming and friendly. We’re looking forward to staying here again!

It’s a very nice place

Quiet, clean and safe. All i needed as I had to spend some days alone outside Venice. The 3 bedroom flat however would be a perfect spot for a group. Easy access to Venice by train. Well equipped to make your own meals and easy and safe parking. All information provided made my stay very easy and comfortable.

We had a particularly pleasant stay. Roberto is a welcoming, available and considerate host. Always ready to give the best advice so that we can discover and make the most of the area. The accommodation is ideal for a family both in terms of location (proximity to transport, restaurants, shops, etc.), and in terms of equipment and calm. We would recommend it in a second!

Beautiful and authentic appartement at great location, nice piazza with a choice of restaurants. Quite noisy night from Saturday to Sunday- lasted until 3:00. The thing you need to know is that of 5 beds it is literally impossible to sleep in the master bedroom. The concrete floor is a better choice and the pillows are tremendously hard and huge. Impossible and very uncomfortable. So we can’t recommend even though we loved the apartment. After all you rent it to sleep….to change mattress and pillows is an easy fix if renters want.

Alberto and Gina were nice hosts, due to their hospitality we felt welcomed. The kids loved the Nutella and toast bread as welcome gift. Gina suggested some nice bakery in the area and helped us find our way easier to Venice. Thanks!
