Monthly Rentals in San Jose

I stayed just shy of 3 weeks, and I really enjoyed my stay. Trung was incredibly helpful, kind, and when I had a small issue with the fridge he was extremely responsive and fixed right away. He was always available should I ever have any concerns or needs and never made me feel like I was a bother. The room was very private, clean, and I was pleasantly surprised with all of the amenities you will need for a long term stay. The backyard is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. I would absolutely stay here again!!! Amazing find!

I had a great stay at Khang's place. I was in San Jose for a week to visit a friend and explore the place, and everything went smoothly. Khang is very responsive and friendly, and his place is exactly how it's shown and described in the listing. When I visit San Jose again, I'd cross my fingers that no one booked this place yet so that I can stay here again! :)

I enjoyed an extended stay at this place and really liked it. It's a really cute ADU, very private and with everything you need. Nice big main room with a huge bed, a desk where you can sit and work if needed, a kitchenette with what you need for light cooking. The bathroom has everything you would expect, and a space for hanging your clothes, storing bags etc. The place is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, with easy access to shopping, downtown Willow Glen, which is very nice, and easy access to the freeways. A car is needed, but within 5 minutes of driving you have access to most of the above. The hosts are really nice and helpful, they really make an effort to make you feel welcome. If you need anything they will help you out right away, otherwise you barely notice that you are staying on someone else's property. Mary and her family are just wonderful. Thank you for a great stay!
