Apartment clean and equipped with every comfort, super welcome air conditioning in the bedroom. Very nice and very sociable cats in the neighborhood! Marco is always available for any information or needs. On the beach you can walk down a staircase, in 15 minutes. An area full of events and festivals where you can eat well and have fun in simplicity. We had a great time and I would go back!

We stayed in 3 a week in Gaston's apartment in early August. The apartment is spacious and bright and exactly as described: in less than 5 minutes we were on the beach. Always on foot nearby, shopping center with supermarket, bar, ice cream shop, a bike rental that we used to move to San Benedetto (you can also get there on foot) and Grottamare. Fantastic terrace, very large and sea view, to have lunch or relax. Kitchen and house equipped to cook and stay even longer. Being on a high floor and exposed on two sides, there was no need for air conditioning... Ultimately, I would recommend it:)

Beautiful. The apartment is much nicer than the pictures. The room is like a luxury hotel, everything is very nice. No noise and pleasant temperature. The utensils and appliances are of a very good quality. It has everything a family needs for. It has a beautiful courtyard that allowed me to work with tranquility. The guys loved it too. Patrizia is an excellent host. Very attentive. I'll give us bikes to get around the city and its beautiful beaches. I also want a more small bike for my son . The bathroom is spotless. The kitchen is very complete, up toaster. Patrizia had a lot of patience explaining how to use each appliance and with the explanation of the differentiated collection. Patrizia went to pick us up at the flixbus stop and I also took us when we left the apartment. I think anyone staying with Patrizia is going to have excellent service. Just thanks for having a great stay.

The Nike house is great, airy with hot bathroom sun with great pressure, a balcony facing the sensational sea. A shopping mall with a supermarket a 10-minute walk. The Alba Adriatica train station is by taxi for €10 - 5-8 minutes. Just one observation that I also sent the hostess would be better if there were at least two stove mouths instead of one.
