Vacation rentals in Province of Ascoli Piceno

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great stay. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

The stay was very pleasant. Fantastic sea view from both the living room and the bedrooms. Well-equipped apartment. We'll be happy to come back.

A nice clean apartment. We only spent one night but the access to the beach on foot allowed us to take a beautiful walk along the coast. A little early for the season because not everything was open but fish bowl to eat! A warm welcome in a beautiful area that certainly deserves more than a day.

Perfect apartment, great location! 2 minutes from the center and about 10 minutes walk to the beaches! Rossella is super nice and helpful! She provided us with bicycles and welcomed us even before the scheduled check-in. We had a great time and will definitely be back next year! Thanks Rossella ❤️

Nice place great view. Taking the car is a more than daily necessity, you are in the countryside 2 km from the village

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

We stayed at Dino‘s for two and a half weeks and enjoyed every moment of it. Our day consisted of grabbing an Italian breakfast at one of the nearby villages and towns, swimming in the pool, relaxing next to the pool and then relaxing again before either buying local produce for dinner (Dino has everything you need for a BBQ) or going to one of the excellent restaurants Dino recommended. Bedtime was always preceded by a dip in the pool from which we often star-gazed (we were there during the Perseid meteor shower). Our dog, Charlie, loved meeting Dino‘s dog, Toby, as well as the other dogs from the families that came to visit. Personally, I already miss waking up in morning to a glorious view of the sun coming up over Marche. Dino is an excellent host, very amiable and always there for his guests. You are in good hands with Dino.

It is a beautifully restored old house, well equipped and comfortably furnished. The grounds are large and well maintained, in a secluded location but still close to facilities in Civitella del Tronto and Villa Lempa. The swimming pool is large and kept clean. There is great walking and cycling from the house and nearby, and beautiful towns and villages such Civitella, Campli and Ascoli Piceno. Ombretta was a great host, very friendly and responsive. The house is looked after day to day by Luciano who is a charming and helpful man. A great place to stay and hoping to return.

Staying with Rossella and Stefano is like feeling at home. Two wonderful people, ready to welcome you with local wine and oil as a welcome. Discreet but immediately ready to respond and help with tips on what to visit. Their home is strategically perfect and 30 minutes from Gran Sasso or the sea. Just choose what to visit! Supermarkets and restaurants are not lacking in small Garrufo if you want to spend even just a few days in the countryside. Also, as a super plus, the hosts are super dog friendly and our canine friends had a great time. Plus even if not used: The property also has all the comforts such as handles in the shower, low sink, comfortable entrance, if you have a person with disabilities. Really great. You'll stay in our hearts.
