We love St Leonards - this is our second trip - and find the air bnb selection is pretty top notch, but this apartment is exceptional! Beautifully decorated with peaceful surrounding views of the sea - we had a really wonderful stay. The weather didn’t play ball but we played board games & read books by the seaside in our gorgeous ‘home’. Short walk to St Leonards with good restaurant and shop selection & if you go a bit further Hastings. Couldn’t recommend this home enough - just be ready to climb the stairs to the top (the views are worth it!)

We absolutely loved our stay at No.83! We felt completely at home there and didn't want to leave. The flat is in a convenient location, extremely close to the train station and with plenty of bus routes nearby. There are lots of shops and amenities in the surrounding roads, as well as the seafront approximately 5 minutes walk down the road. The flat was beautiful, with pretty much everything we could possibly need - and anything it didn't have was easily solved thanks to the nearby shops. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and equipment, the guest login for the TV was extremely convenient, and the bed was super comfortable. We would happily stay at No.83 again!

We had a lovely weekend break at Elena's beautiful flat in St Leonard's. The flat is spacious, comfortable, light and airy and well equipped with appliances and lots of interesting books. It's perfectly situated close to very good restaurants and shops and right by the train station, although we chose to drive and made use of the free parking outside. Elena shared their local recommendations which we made use of and was quick to communicate. We'll definitely be back in future, thank you!
