Vacation rentals in Saint Augustine South

I've been waiting to do a review for Syd and Leslie's place. This place is wonderful and the hosts were/are very responsive and showed they cared for their home and the renters. They approved us to stay longer on check-out day because of a late flight and was very accommodating. Leslie texted me while we were on our way to the airport to thank us for taking such great care of everything and to have a safe trip. Shows me she really cares about people. We stayed there with 4 adults and 4 grandkids. The pool and pool area are great. The pictures do not do it justice. There were a BBQ/ games/pool toys/beach toys, etc. for our use. The house is in a beautiful location right on the canal and it is fully equipped for all your needs for the stay. Even during out stay I reached out to Leslie and she responded immediately. I cannot say enough good things about our stay other than we're planning to stay again next year and maybe for two weeks this time. Thank you, Syd and Leslie!!

This was a very nice, well designed and put together place to stay. It has a nice view of the waves on the beach and of the pool. It is very clean and well designed and organized. It was well stocked with everything we might have needed. It is a short walk to a restaurant with a bar. The beach is only a few steps away over the dune. The pool is a salt water pool, which was a pleasant and unexpected surprise! I would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed the stay! Clean house with good space to stay with people. Beach was not far to walk to.

The location is absolutely perfect — just minutes from St. Augustine, which made it easy for everyone to enjoy the historic charm and local attractions. The cottages themselves were fantastic: clean, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained. We especially loved the shared amenities — the pool was a huge hit, and the BBQ area made it easy for us to gather and relax together. Being so close to each other was ideal for our group and made the whole week feel like one big celebration. The hosts were wonderful to work with — check-in was smooth, and they were always quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a fun, comfortable, and convenient place to stay near St. Augustine!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing! Everything about it was top-notch, from the immaculate accommodations to the thoughtful amenities. The Jacuzzi was such a fun and relaxing touch, and the short walk to the beach made it even more special. Saint Augustine’s beauty was all around us, with incredible sights just minutes away. This was the perfect spot for our family’s special celebration, marking my mother-in-law’s 79th birthday. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back! Sand in My Shoes was a great place to stay! Short walk to the beach, pools and gym. About 15 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. The townhouse was well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location. Peaceful and welcoming. Central to all of our planned destinations. Our stay was very nice.

House was amazing. Didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be back soon
