Welcome to your corner of relaxation in this charming, cozy and modern house just outside the historic center of Reggio Emilia and therefore outside the traffic-restricted zone (ZTL). From here you can easily reach all the main squares and attractions of the Historic Center of Reggio Emilia, such as the Duomo, the Basilica, the Cloisters of St. Peter, the People's Park, the Romolo Valli Municipal Theater and the most famous shops and restaurants of the Reggio Emilia tradition. The house has free parking.

Vintage house on the hillside

Ancient farmhouse furnished with vintage and Italian design furniture. I like the idea of not throwing things away and adapting them again with a new feature telling the story of those who owned them. The house surrounded by a private garden is full of biodiversity. We are in a beautiful panoramic position with 360° view of the hills and the plain 15 min. drive from Reggio Emilia, 1 hour drive from Bologna, 40 min. from Milan, 2 and 1/2 hours from Rome and 1 hour from Florence (via high speed train).

Comfortable and quiet apartment

The apartment is composed by a dining room with a kitchen, a toilet with a shower, a WC and a bidet, and a bed room. Windows are facing South and there is also a big terrace. The apartment can host max 4 people using the sofa bed in the dining room. The area all around is quiet and residential. A playground for kids is present inside. Parking is not an issue as there are plenty of spaces in the streets around and they are totally free. Flexible check in if possible, otherwise from 5pm to 9.00pm

A Stay in a 17th-Century Convent

For those passing between Parma, Mantua, Sabbioneta, Verona, Lake Garda, you must stay in a historic building in Casalmaggiore, formerly a convent in the 1600s and near the Po river embankment. There are 4 apartments (the photos are of 1) in complete conservative restoration overlooking the convent park with a splendid series of loggias from where you can enjoy a timeless view and experience romantic emotions in the rooms with enchanting faces and frescoes.
