The house is very well cared for in detail. Too bad the fresh air, otherwise we would have taken a dip in the pool. Beautiful garden, very well cared for. The kitchen is huge. The owner of the bar in front of the house is also very nice. I wouldn't know what to add. We had a great time and had a great time. Congratulations to Miriam from all of us.

Our group of friends (9 people) spent a week at this beautiful house. The house more than exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated, superbly equipped and offers plenty of space. Our highlight was the pool, which is very large and clean. Rolf and Livia are very likable and available at any time. We would always come back!

Very comfortable house, clean and large pool. Pietro, despite not seeing him, was always available to respond and give us directions. The only downside is the location. You have to take a nice trip to do some things. But otherwise it's great.

Antonio was a fantastic host. Great check in - clear instructions. Pool and garden were fantastic. Very secure, secluded and private garden. Wish it was my house! Did get quite a few mosquito bites but that's to be expected with the area. Host had lots of mosquito solutions, sprays etc. In short, a fantastic place and a great host who was v responsive. A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

We stayed with Daniele for 10 days in August. Everything you need is there. The view, the pool, the house, the tranquility - it is a fantastic basis for a great holiday. Everything looks (from our point of view) authentic and has given a nice holiday. We needed about 1.5 hours to Pisa, to the Mediterranean in Villareggio 80 minutes. Even closer were beautiful hiking trails in the mountains. In addition, Daniele and his family are incredibly warm. Daniele speaks excellent English and is the best host we have experienced so far. He was always helpful and made us feel welcome from the first minute to the last minute. Although we couldn't speak Italian, the encounters with his family, especially his mother and brother, were always great. We loved cat Benatio. All in all we had a fantastic stay and can only recommend you accommodation.

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. Antonio was a great host. He was prompt answering any questions we had. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and minimal. A great location for wandering Modena and many great shops and restaurants in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely and comfortable property. It's location allowed us to experience Italy's beautiful and peaceful countryside and was also close enough to comfortably drive to the larger cities and popular sightseeing locations. Lorena's home had the benefits of lots of living area, privacy, cleanliness and comfortably suited our family of six! Lorena and Mario made us feel right at home and like family. They were always available if we had any questions and really went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. Elena's house is simply fantastic. A modern farmhouse with all the comforts in a Wow valley in the Tuscan Emilian Apennines. My partner and her family spent the Christmas holidays here, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Comfortable house, a delightful countryside with incredible peace and a breathtaking view. Elena was always present and super helpful in every question or need, and gave our family a moment that we will take for many years.

If you are looking for an authentic accommodation in a typical Italian village, this is the place. No tourists, no bustling coastal village. For this, a church and a handful of houses, from the house you can start small hikes or just enjoy the view of the mountains and the beautiful house. If you want, you can also visit nice villages in the vicinity, conquer Pisa or other cities or visit the sea by car. Those who actually come to Tuscany because of the sea or coast should schedule driving times of 45 minutes.

The house is lovely and has a great view over the surrounding hills. It is well kept and more equipped than a typical Airbnb. There is for example shampoo in the shower and kitchen towels. We liked the privacy and the fact that all windows had mosquito nets. The only thing that maybe could be improved is to have a bit more of an external space, like a veranda or similar. Right now there is a table with two chairs outside, but for us travelling with a child the space for her to move in a safe surrounding was a bit limited. Anyways, we would come here again!

Exceptional accommodation in a perfect place to immerse yourself in nature and tranquility. Reachable by a bumpy dirt road but passable with a normal car, it is a fully equipped house in a small town of vacationers only, so sometimes you are in total isolation, which really allows you to get away from it all. Lilia is a great host, who personally accompanied us to the accommodation, fully stocked also in the kitchen, food, and bathroom items, gave us a lot of directions on surrounding places and activities, and all with full availability during our stay and great flexibility in check-in and check-out times. Great experience, to be repeated!

If you are looking for real peace and an environment with original restaurants, this is the perfect place. Rita and Franco are real hosts who are interested in what you have undertaken that day. They'll give you tips that fit your interest. Plus, you have a great garden, fast wifi and that's convenient if you'd like to work or write on a book like me. The deer walk through the garden. If you are in the season, you can use the offer in the vegetable garden, so delicious organic apples, nuts, aubergines, tomatoes, zucchini! You may need to get used to the narrow roads, but the Italians in the neighborhood are courteous and friendly. On your visit, don't forget the fantastic cheese shop within walking distance of the house!
