Very nice apartment, well decorated, well heated, very clean, not far from the historic center within walking distance in 15 minutes. Ideal for crisscrossing Parma leaving the car in the private garage. The many directions provided by the host make the stay very simple and allow you to discover the surroundings very interesting too. To be booked without hesitation.

Very nice, spacious, quiet, and overall charming place. Nice area in the hills and great views. You need a car to get there, about 30 mins from Modena and an hour from Bologna. Convenient when visiting car museums in the area and Modena/Bologna. Glad we stayed here, as those cities are a bit hectic, and the nature near the house is quiet and amazing. The host is very nice and very friendly. I read Ivan's negative comments, but I had very smooth and friendly communication and meeting with the host, and no issues. The host was very sweet and very friendly. We were in February, and another concern was heating and tile floors. But the place was very warm, set to 25 Celsius, and I even had to turn the heat down. It seems tile floors are heated everywhere except bedrooms. But you really don't need heated floors in bedrooms. Slept very well. Speaking of which, beds were very comfortable. Fast internet. Self check-in. Clear instructions. Highly recommend.

Elena's house is simply fantastic. A modern farmhouse with all the comforts in a Wow valley in the Tuscan Emilian Apennines. My partner and her family spent the Christmas holidays here, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Comfortable house, a delightful countryside with incredible peace and a breathtaking view. Elena was always present and super helpful in every question or need, and gave our family a moment that we will take for many years.

It is a fantastic place to stay, the surroundings are beautiful and as icing on the cake, the apartment has a lovely balcony to enjoy the sun at the end of the day. Valentina and Mirko are very nice and give plenty of tips for the surroundings

Jerry was a perfect host and his well-located and quiet apartments served us beautifully. Location of the apartment on a pedestrianized street yet in a private quiet area meant it was conducive to sleeping well. Linens were crisp and clean. The heater worked perfectly during chilly October evenings. We had a family emergency which required a plan change and Jerry was kind, understanding and helpful. We highly recommend Jerry and apartment number 3.

The accommodation, just tens of meters from the historic center of Parma, recently renovated, in a period building, was easy to access, very comfortable and, despite the fact that it was very quiet on the ground floor. The cleanliness level is excellent.

My wife and I spent 1 night here. The apartment was super clean, quiet, warm, tasteful designed and well equipped with everything. Vjola's apartment is not merely for good, but pursuing for perfection, much better than 5-star hotel rooms. Highly recommend !
