Vacation rentals with a patio in Parma

The apartment is really very nice, very well stocked with everything you need and with attention to detail. We were welcomed by Mr. Ciro, a very kind and helpful person who was always available to come against our needs. The apartment is 10/15 min (walk) from the historic center and 5 min from the Esselunga supermarket. The street where it is located is not the best but the apartment really deserves. Only downside: air conditioning only in the bedroom :(

I've rented several apartments, but this far exceeds all expectations. Equipped with everything in the bathroom, with hairdryer, warm bathroom, shower foam, shaving and blades, makeup wipes, Kleenex, etc. A kitchen full of not only dishes, but of comfort for breakfast, but also pasta and tomato pastry that in our specific case as a manna from the sky having not been able to shop early in the morning to late in the evening. Books of all kinds and taste to browse and interesting guides of the city of Parma and surroundings, in short, the giant TV we did not even have a way to turn it on. In addition, the video surveillance system on the reserved parking in front of the entrance gate, is also a message of attention to the safety of the guest, although the area is very quiet. Location, great location , impeccable cleanliness, friendliness of the past ... let's say that it feels like home... Luciana and Paolo are exquisite people and always available at your request . The location is less than 20 minutes from the center of Parma, which we visited for 3 days on foot from the house, also finding ample parking for us and other friends The house (which never happens) is even bigger than it looks in the photo There were 4 of us and there was all the space The style of the house is very nice with posters, books and memorabilia to explore and the location plus access to the private garage a perfect combination!

The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. The host was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The thoughtful touches, like fresh towels and local recommendations, made it feel like home. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again on my next trip!

At our arrival we were struck by the beautiful area of the house, which is surrounded by hill views. The appartment was extremely tidy and smelled fresh. The appartment offers plenty of space, the kitchen is sufficient for home-cooked meals. Our little one of 2,5 years old had plenty of space to play around. One of the rooms is perfect for children. The outside terrace was also quite nice. The Parma area is perfectly located if you plan to visit several major cities (most within 2 hours drive) such as Milan, Verona, Bologna and Modena. Would definitely recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at Nicola’s place! The location is perfect—within walking distance to key attractions like the Enzo Ferrari Museum, the central market, and excellent shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was peaceful, spotless, and equipped with a full kitchen, which was great for preparing meals. The check-in process was seamless with Wi-Fi access, and Nicola was an incredibly responsive host, providing thoughtful recommendations that made my trip even better. Highly recommend staying here!

What a wonderful surprise! Casa Sole offers the experience of being welcomed exactly as in the home of a friend. The spaces are spacious, the furniture is brand new, and everything is curated and enveloping. A lovely patio is perfect for hot days or evenings. The owner is very kind and very helpful. Definitely a place to come back to.

It was their first time visiting Parma: quiet,tidy, not at all chaotic despite the large influx of tourists. Beautiful cathedral and Baptistery, with great effect the Pilotta complex

Jerry was a perfect host and his well-located and quiet apartments served us beautifully. Location of the apartment on a pedestrianized street yet in a private quiet area meant it was conducive to sleeping well. Linens were crisp and clean. The heater worked perfectly during chilly October evenings. We had a family emergency which required a plan change and Jerry was kind, understanding and helpful. We highly recommend Jerry and apartment number 3.

Super! The apartment is in the center, close to all attractions but at a good distance from the nightlife. Internally it is really beautiful, spacious and well distributed spaces with modern, comfortable and functional furnishings. The gem is given by the very pleasant preservation of period architectural elements. Last positive note, the cleanliness, which was impeccable. Highly recommended!

Apartment clean and matching the photos, easy to get to. We easily found parking nearby. They open the entrance door remotely for the first time, then the rest is all on your own.
