It was all great... We loved everything. The biopiscina, the great food, the tzakouzi. What a wonderful scenery and view. The hospitality was amazing and more than can be expected. We truly felt like home.

Great villa, nicer than the photos. We were 15 people including children and had a wonderful week. Nothing was missing. Great pizza oven with wood fire to name a highlight.

Hosts who are helpful and kind, very welcoming and, despite living next door, never intrusive. The house is beautiful, the outside even more. Very nice pool. Large barbecue that allowed us to grill many things together. Very large interior spaces, kitchen equipped with everything, the bathrooms reserved for almost every room are a detail. The only downside is the difficulties of connecting with the Wi-Fi network, but you can also do without in a place like this.

It's hard to find the words to describe Fabrizio's hospitality and the beauty of the place where he welcomed us. From the peace, beauty and tranquility of the pool, to the hyper mega breakfast proposed, to the scent of freshly washed sheets and towels. Fabrizio offers a hospitality of yesteryear, made up of stories and stories (which we really appreciated), good food and relaxation. He takes care of his guests and is always available for every need. Wonderful weekend!

Small but very clean apartment with attention to detail, perfect for 2 people, easily accessible and well collated, Natalia and her sister are always very courteous and available for any request. Highly recommended

The location of the house offers spectacular views of the hills, the castle, and the Rossena tower. Isolina is very welcoming, makes you feel at home and offers a generous breakfast on the terrace (the best homemade pancakes ever eaten). The house is fresh and clean, the bathroom has a modern double shower and the kitchen offers everything you need (including oil, salt, etc.). We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Idyllic location in a small borgo away from the city. Authentic accommodation in a beautifully restored home. Mario is very helpful and communicated instantly. It’s a beautiful area immersed in nature and is very good value for money.

lovely apartment in the heart of Modena. Enrico provides everything you need including a map of the city and a list of local restaurants (also indicated on the map) very clean apartment , and very well heated. quick and quick check-in and great communication. if I have to go back to Modena I know who to go to, I highly recommend it!!

We arrived very late due to a rescheduled flight, but Giovanni and Christina were there waiting for us. They were really helpful taking time to explain everything. They left us adults little gifts including wine and balsamic vinegar and as it was Halloween, they also left the children a spooky cake and a little Halloween corner. Lovely little touches that made us feel very welcome. The house is set in a spectacular setting. Our biggest regret is due to our full schedule, we didn’t spend enough time in it. Thank you to both of you for your kindness. The only thing that was wrong was that we didn’t have enough time there.

Very friendly hosts. A great house with a wonderful garden. All in all a great stay in a great ambiance. For us who like to do sports, the garden with pool, football goals and table tennis was really great. We really enjoyed staying and would be happy to come back Many thanks

Beautiful house in an amazing horse farm. The house surrounding are amazing and include a beautiful swimming pool. Valeria, the host is charming and quick to any request.

Roberta is an excellent host who takes the time beforehand and during the stay to ensure her guests have everything they need and recommendations of local activities in books at the house and throughout our stay. The house is charming and very well appointed, little touches like tea and coffee, balsamic and olive oil are very welcome as well as a lovely present and bottle of wine on arrival. We would not hesitate to stay again if in the area, it’s very handy for Modena, Parma and Reggio Emilia and the pool is fab for the kids and adults alike. Everyone we met in Baiso was friendly and welcoming and our kids enjoyed meeting and hanging out with the local kids who took great care of them also.
