Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Parma

Really very pleasant stay near the city center of Parma! charming old house on a quiet street, located right next to a large public park. 5 minutes walk from the center and a large parking lot, everything was together for a friendly and mindless stay! all this was also facilitated by Adriano's kindness and responsiveness as well as his clear information.

The accommodation is very spacious. All the necessities are present. The check-in instructions are very clear. Fortunately, there is Wifi available because there is no network once in the house. However, the surroundings are very pretty.

We were there with a dog, the place is perfect for this as the outdoor area is completely fenced. And even in the rain, you can stay outdoors thanks to the canopy. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials. The neighbours were very nice and helpful. We could relax here well.

A dive into the past in Marco's home, a delightful home well furnished with retro taste, large garden and super location! Marco is very helpful and always attentive to respect requests! I recommend it

Very good! Very good, fast and super efficient communication! The house is so beautiful. Only the bathroom that has a hidden drain takes time to drain the water and joins soap in the corners. In the most the accommodation is perfect! The house is beautiful and Monia is an excellent host.

What an incredible home! Pictures do not do justice to Federica’s gorgeous family home. It would be worth the trip just to stay here! I only wish that it were warmer so that we could have taken advantage of the lovely loggias and terrace. We especially loved the upstairs sitting room and the records there. Far and away the most gorgeous home we have ever stayed in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely country home. It’s large, spacious, comfortable and easy to arrive at by car. Our’s was a brief stay to take-in the area’s rich food culture, including a day trip to Parma. By car Parma is easy to reach in about 35 minutes and there are a number of farms in the area where one can see the production and taste the results. Our host Lorenzo is very fast to reply and was very helpful suggesting local sights, places to visit and restaurants to dine in. We found the home perfect for two couples with a wonderful host. We’d definitely stay here again.

Roberta is an excellent host who takes the time beforehand and during the stay to ensure her guests have everything they need and recommendations of local activities in books at the house and throughout our stay. The house is charming and very well appointed, little touches like tea and coffee, balsamic and olive oil are very welcome as well as a lovely present and bottle of wine on arrival. We would not hesitate to stay again if in the area, it’s very handy for Modena, Parma and Reggio Emilia and the pool is fab for the kids and adults alike. Everyone we met in Baiso was friendly and welcoming and our kids enjoyed meeting and hanging out with the local kids who took great care of them also.

We arrived in Parma super late in the afternoon and our initial pre-booked hotel had made a mistake and double booked. I requested to stay in Barbara’s place and she answered super fast, and we checked in 1,5 hour later. Thank you very very much 🙏 She made great recommendations for traditional trattorias and we ate at four of the restaurants! Lovely suggestions and quick responding time. The neighborhood is super cool, young and vibrant. You can feel real people are living and working there, not touristy at all. It takes 10 minutes of walking to Parma Centro. Felt safe all the time. The kitchen needs a few basics, like a knife, cutting board and a coffee maker/machine, so maybe it could be improved a bit. Beds were fined and soft and everything was super clean. We parked at the Kennedy Parking Site, 600 meters from the apartment. 12euros a day so super cheap. Parking in Italian cities is a nightmare and the apartment is also close but just outside ZLT signs.

Perfect accommodation for quick support in Parma, I was there for work and I had a great time. Francesco and his father Vincenzo are careful to respond in a very short time, plus they were very available to meet the needs of different times than those indicated as a check-in/out band. The location is very convenient, just outside the historic center but with the possibility of leaving the car on the street (and still less than a two km walk from the center). The place offers everything you need for a short stay, recommended!

The host was kind and helpful, the house was wonderful, large and equipped with every comfort as pictured. Convenient for the location, 15 min walk from the center of Parma. We would have liked a second set of linens per person and toilet paper considering the number of nights and people, but otherwise everything was perfect. I recommend it!!

Simona was a fabulous host who was exceptionally helpful when a guest needed emergency dental assistance. The apartment is well located and accessing the nearby parking station - cost included in rental cost - was very easy and convenient. Her suggestions for restaurants and local sites were fabulous.

Great place to stay. All went well. I arrived by car and found the paid parking in the parallel street in the blue spots, I found it easier to download the app by scanning the barcode at the pay station.

The apartment was amazing! It was just like the photos—light, bright and spacious. The kitchen and bathroom were beautifully up to date and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable! Also, the building was super quiet and the location was so convenient—we walked everywhere. Flor was a very responsive, friendly host. I would love to go back!

Comfortable and clean apartment near downtown

Paola's place was great for our two day stay in Modena. We were in town for dinner at Osteria Francescana, and the Airbnb was super convenient - only a 5 minute walk away. Also only 5-10 minutes from the rest of the historical center of town. The advertised parking space wasn't available while we were there due to construction, but Paola made it right, and parking around the Airbnb was a little busy but not too bad to find a spot. The Airbnb itself is huge (especially for Europe) and very clean. Paola and her partner went out of their way to make us feel welcome and stock the fridge with extra bottled water and beverages. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb for anybody looking to be near the center of Modena for a few days!

I thoroughly enjoyed Tatiana‘s place. It was comfortable and very conveniently located. Would stay there again.

Enrico provides everything you need including a map of the city and a list of local restaurants (also indicated on the map) very clean apartment , and very well heated. quick and quick check-in and great communication. if I have to go back to Modena I know who to go to, I highly recommend it!!
