Newly renovated two-story house, all brand new, super clean and tidy. In a quiet and quiet area. Parking space inside the courtyard is very useful. Denis host friendly, available and attentive to the guest. I would highly recommend staying in this house.

We spent a week in Antonio's apartment. Very good, quiet location, short distances to downtown, as well as to the train station. Parking is also no problem with the help of a parking permit. The amenities are very appealing, all new, very good beds. The underfloor heating was a treat in November. The apartment was wonderfully warm. In the kitchen we just missed a few good knives and a tea towel. We are happy to recommend the apartment, we enjoyed our stay very much. An ideal starting point for excursions to the Emilia Romagna region.

Very clean and quiet apartment, cultural and tourist sites are within easy walking distance. The bedding is excellent (king bed) . The Dus car park outside ZTL is within an 8 min walk. Enzo and Tatiana are kind enough to leave some basic ingredients for cooking. Thank you very much, we enjoyed our stay in Parma

Teresa is the best host I've encountered. From the very first moment, it felt like home. The space is impeccable, even in the small details that make a difference. From the thoughtful utensils in the kitchen where nothing was missing, to fresh coffee. 5 stars is few to describe how clean the space and linens were. The bed is comfortable, like sleeping in mine. The property is on a quiet street with parking just below. This is probably the first time I've been sad when our stay was over! Teresa you are a treasure, when we pass through the area again we won't look anywhere else. So long!

Vittorio is a very friendly and sunny host, it was a pleasure to meet him and stay here, a beautiful area full of services at your fingertips in addition to the extremely strategic location of access to the ring roads. Very comfortable and free parking that should not be underestimated on Parma The apartment was tidy and complete with everything you need for different needs . The terrace available is really nice and adorable. I had a great time.

We stayed for nearly a month. The property was close to where we needed to visit daily. The walk into town was easy. We slept well on the Japanese style bed. The only downside was the onsite freeparking is not available. The free parking is at the local cemetery which is about a 8 to 9 minute walk away.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this charming, well-located apartment. It blends classic European charm with modern amenities like an updated shower and NEST heating. It's in a beautiful, safe location, close to great shops and restaurants. The highlight was the spa, especially the steam room—reservations only, which adds a nice exclusive addition. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Parma!
