Very nice apartment with everything in the heart of Parma. We also found a small breakfast kit in the kitchen, which we loved. Being so central, it allowed us to walk to everything we wanted to see. Enrica was very precise in the directions and very flexible at check-out, making us stay a little longer waiting for it to stop raining. Thank you

Huge apartment, very clean, quiet Olympian, 2 steps from the park making the link with the superb Centro di città, visited in the morning before our departure around 10 a.m. and a little more. thank you Nicolas for guiding me on my maneuver to get out of the residence in reverse. This was a fantastic place to stay! It is centrally located in the city center. The place was spotless! Luca met me and gave me a wonderful overview of the place and answered all my questions about the hair dryer and how to dry my clothes. I can tell a lot of thought and care has been put into the place. All of the windows are new and there were plenty of radiators throughout the apartment. I was there in December and was cozy warm! The mattress was comfortable and the hosts had supplied every amenity you could want; even a new ionic hair dryer! I would highly recommend this stay!

Apartment with private parking within walking distance of the center of Reggio Emilia. My husband, Byron our dog and I will definitely be back. Anna showed us the restaurants in the area were all great.

My stay was excellent! The Airbnb was absolutely clean and well organized, with every detail taken care of. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary utensils, making it easy to prepare food.
