Fantastic stay! A lovely break from hectic life! The hot tub was perfect temperature, size with a great view The pod had everything we possibly needed and the space was used well. Great shower and kitchen facilities. Will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful stay. Lynden accommodated all needs and helped make a birthday truly special. Couldn’t recommend more for a weekend stay. Hot tub was the highlight! Lovely and warm and looks over farms with plenty of animals, that are all super friendly.

This is a great house and very easily accessible to centre of town with a great host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mutton Barn. The house was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The location was perfect: a beautiful, rural position - so quiet - all we could hear was birdsong! The views from the house were outstanding! We loved seeing the wildlife: badgers feeding on the lawn, pheasants in the garden, deer roaming across the fields and a bird of prey swooping from tree to tree as we drove up to the house on our arrival. Paul was a very friendly, obliging and helpful host - we certainly appreciated the lighting of the log burner each night. Many thanks too, Paul, for the champagne, milk and chocolates you left for us - they were much appreciated!

Lizzy's place was wonderful. We were only there for a weekend and I would love to go back for a longer stay. There was plenty of space and the hot tub was a bonus. The property is also close to some very pretty villages and towns - highly recommended!

We had the most wonderful stay the night before our wedding. Stephanie was having some renovation work completed on the property and upgraded us to her larger property which was so kind and such a treat for us all. The house was stunning and our guests felt the same. Thank you so much!

Great 2 night break. Sarah's added hospitality in the form of homemade goodies along with breakfast (so rare) was an absolute treat. Happily go back.

This was a work stay with 2 colleagues. It’s an ideal location, 5 mins from the office and the lovely Fleece Inn round the corner. Spacious house, great bedrooms and bathrooms. Beverley is a great host and very responsive. The milk in the fridge was really appreciated. We hope to be back soon.

We absolutely loved our stay, the cottage was spotlessly clean, well equipped and the perfect location for exploring the Cotswolds. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to visit again!

Zoe's place is a real gem. It is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfy. Loved the tea/coffee & especially enjoyed the cake (thank you). Zoe was easy to communicate with and was accomadating and flexiable with checking my slight change of check in time. I met with family in The Navigation pub, 5 mins down road and retuned the next day for full english breakfast before, my long drive home. The Fox Den is excellent value you for money and the parking on site is an added bonus. You can easily bus or drive into the city. Which is 10-15mins away, although ensure to double check your car registration as there are fees for higher emissions. You can check on gov site.. simply google it.

Great location and easy to find with a lovely cafe and couple of pubs walking distance. The cottage was perfect, very clean, comfortable and private….thank you for the treats, loved the wine and chocolates! Plenty of options for dog walking and the private garden was secure for our dog, loved our stay and the Cotswold.

David is great host - friendly and welcoming. He was very flexible and accommodating with my long stay booking. And very responsive when I needed help with fixing a problem. Many thanks, David.

It was a lovely stay at a beautiful cottage. The cottage was everything we hoped for a little two day get away. We spent time on local walking footpaths and getting to know the local pubs. Our recommendations are; The Falcon, Ye Olde Reine Deer Inn and The Blinking Owl over the road. The owners of the Blinking Owl were lovely hosts, really traditional English pub and great food from Sylvia! We spent our New Years Eve there and it was a lovely evening. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Mary was super helpful and responsive on the run up to the stay. We hope to visit again soon.

Great Air BnB - was perfect for our stay, lovely surroundings and house had everything you could need! Clare was a great host, very responsive and very clear & informative instructions!

Fantastic stay at the Hayloft cottage. The beautiful private surroundings just outside of Stratford upon Avon town was perfect and kept immaculate. Wendy made us feel right at home and the place was snug and cosy for the 4 of us. Complimentary treats for valentines went down a treat and we loved the pool and hot tub experience which was all pristine and well organised. Thank you so much Wendy, already planning our next trip! Had the most wonderful 3 nights in Cow Pen Cottage. Perfect location with a fantastic farm shop (Cobbs) next door selling fabulous top quality local produce to make wonderful breakfasts with. Wendy was so helpful, giving very clear instructions and points of interest to visit. The cottage is quaint & full of character but still has all the mod cons necessary. Wendy gave us a lovely warm welcome with strawberries & prosecco and chocolates by the bed. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were clean and a very welcome addition each day. There were so many attractions within a very short drive and that made Cow Pen Cottage the perfect base to explore Stratford-upon-Avon and the Cotswolds. We will definately be back some day. We stayed for a couple of nights close to Christmas, wonderful stay in this beautiful period home, with the village looking very pretty and festive. Having use of a sauna and pool, while it was frosty outside; made our stay particularly enjoyable!

We absolutely loved this place. So peaceful, beautiful, and quaint with lots to do. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

The perfect escape! Farahnaz and Paul are really helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The Summerhouse is so secluded and cosy. it really is a proper escape from the "Busy Life" Shakurs on the corner is a great place to eat if you get the chance. Thanks again Farahnaz & Paul, We will be back.

The Garden Flat is a wing of the lavish Manor House that takes centre stage. Overlooking a well groomed pool and well designed garden landscape, the flat is within easy reach to the ‘enchanted’ gardens of this beautiful property. Situated in a very picturesque Cotswold village; one can be within minutes reach of a cosy local pub or if in need of solitude; a stone’s throw away from a peaceful lake. The weekend spent in the garden flat was memorable and a nice way to escape the demands of daily life. Thank you Petra for your prompt reply- booked very last minute and we were accommodated nicely.

We Had a Great Time! we Enjoyed the lovely warm pool And the Hot tub, the views are amazing! The cottage is really cosy, and the surrounding countryside is beautiful, we went to The Cotswold Farm Park for a day out- strongly recommended for families with small children. All in all a fabulous holiday we will definitely be coming back!

Great place! The welcome basket with homemade fruit cake, bread, Prosecco and snacks was a lovely gesture and great to taste!! Sally was flexible about check in and check out times which was helpful! Beds were comfy and showers were great ! Kitchen was fully equipped! The corner shop is nearby! Sadly could not use the swimming pool being March and cold. Would definitely recommend!
