Sabrina , As host outstanding , always there when needed with immediate attention.The area is great peaceful surroundings , lovely for daily exercise very secure area to stay.A couple of nice Restaurants very near by. Tesco 3 mins away on hand, great for fresh Croissants for breakfast. Would recomend Sabrina as host the Apartment / Flat without a doubt to friends of mine.The Apartment has everything one needs , the Kitchen has everything. Very comfortable lounge & bedding . Technology all fine. The attention to small details was great. Thank you. Robert

An attractive flat, clean and well equipped situated within easy access of both Warwick and leamington. We enjoyed our visit to family all the more due to the comfort of the flat and would certainly stay there again

Beautiful Airbnb looked exactly like picture, jay was also helpful.. good parking space, nice kitchen great amenities I would rate it a 5star and definitely it’s worth the price and stay. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is really spacious with good sized kitchen, living/dining room and bedrooms. It was really clean and the beds were so comfortable. The shower is also very good. It's a quiet apartment block in a very nice area of Birmingham. We'd definitely stay again. Thanks Arif.

Great stay with Andrea. Check in instructions were clear and the flat was easy to find and clean when we arrive. Well located just a short walk into the city. Andrea was very quick to reply to message and sorted any issues we had swiftly.

Debra was an excellent host. Really helpful and responsive to messages. She went out of her way to ensure we had all we needed. The house was beautifully clean and well looked after. It was comfortable and extremely well equipped. Would definitely stay there again.

We were very pleased with our stay. The hosts were in touch with us with lots of information and also tried to accommodate our group as well as possible. It was very handy for what we needed, especially as we needed a lot of sleeping space. The host was great when there were any problems and even came out of her way to bring us some spare sheets. There was a lot of parking available and even the neighbours offered us extra space! I think all I would say is that it should be noted that there is no living space as such. There is a kitchen and there are chairs in a lot of the bedrooms but there is no living room. We managed for the couple of nights by using one of the bedrooms but it would be tricky if we were there longer. We were really glad to have this space and the host was very helpful and great with any questions we had. Thank you!

Our 2nd visit to Kit's house. Perfect for us, just round the corner from close family. In town, so all amenities only 5 minutes away, but still a nice quiet street. Spot on.

Aj was a really amazing host. He was there to greet us at check-in and show us around the apartment. He was also very responsive and friendly. We were initially worried about the location and if it would be easy to get around but the easy access to the tram service and a very big Morisons nearby was super helpful. The apartment itself was maintained well and had everything we needed for a short stay. It was quiet, secure and cosy. Will definitely stay again when we’re back in Birmingham!

The most perfect place to stay for a trip to Broadway! The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed. The location is great - just a short walk to Broadway high street, making the local pubs, restaurants, and shops very accessible. Claire is a brilliant host! She was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to feel right at home. We will definitely be back!

Had a really enjoyable stay. Just like the photos. Was very clean and tidy. I will stay again when next I visit the NEC. Zara was very prompt with check in and out info. The only thing that was missing was a microwave. However did enjoy the spacious and clean apartment and the service Zara provided.
