Beautiful home in an nice neighborhood. Park views and backyard access. High quality furnishings and comfortable beds, everything looked fresh and new. Very responsive host but we had some issues with the house - a water leak that prevented the use of one n bathroom for a few days and the dryer kept turning off. Bring your own amenities, only basic toiletries provided - not high quality. Overall we enjoyed our time and recommend the property.

What an immaculate house, this was beyond our expectations. Lynn was very helpful and answered any queries we had quickly and kindly. Parking was amazing. I have never parked a car in a remote stacker before and it was really simple and fascinating to watch! House was so central a 2 minute walk to all the shops in Notting Hill. A perfect location. Thank you for a great stay.

PERFECTION! If I could give it 10 ⭐️ I would! Having been let down by another Host, the week before we were due to travel, the pressure was on to find somewhere to base ourselves for our two week stay in London…and this gorgeous terrace in Chelsea hosted by Van Zyl absolutely delivered! Van and his colleagues were so responsive and helpful, and the welcome basket of goodies was such a thoughtful touch. The house itself is beautifully appointed, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home, bedrooms to accommodate our family of five, and open plan living spaces that we could all comfortably relax in. Just steps away from the King’s Rd in Chelsea, with great shops, eateries and transport options, we were spoilt for choice and made full use of this fabulous location to reacquaint ourselves with all our favourite London spots. This beautiful home has given us memories to cherish forever, and we’re already planning our next trip back!

This is an absolutely incredible place that deserves high praise. The interior decorations are stunning. Spotless, comfortable and a cozy haven with a garage for a car right in central to do whatever you wish to do. You won’t regret it!

The house is amazing, the security is friendly, the view is incredible, and the location is perfect. However, after 11 PM, no guests are allowed unless they’re registered with physical IDs, which get scanned. If you go out at night, no one can return with you. For the premium price, I didn’t expect this. It’s the only flaw for me. As a filmmaker traveling worldwide, I’ve never encountered this. I read the Airbnb rules, but once you check in, they hit you with their own waiver outlining this policy—by then, it’s non-refundable. I voiced my concern and was ignored, which I didn’t appreciate as someone with great reviews.
