Monthly Rentals in Roswell

This home was very comfortable and clean. Host was very responsive in a timely manner. The only problem was when conformation was sent, we were sent the incorrect codes to get into the home. Host arrived quite fast after I notified her that we were there and could not get in. Other than that, out stay was very nice, and we were very comfortable.

I can’t say enough about Eva and her Roswell home. It was clean, comfortable, convenient and well stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home. I would recommend Eva’s home to anyone and everyone. Many thanks Eva! -Robin & Family

Christina was very helpful with any questions I had, very communicative and quick to respond. The house is great for long stays and conveniently located for accessing downtown Roswell. Check-in and check-out were easy and I would definitely stay here again.
