Vacation rentals in Roswell

This home was very comfortable and clean. Host was very responsive in a timely manner. The only problem was when conformation was sent, we were sent the incorrect codes to get into the home. Host arrived quite fast after I notified her that we were there and could not get in. Other than that, out stay was very nice, and we were very comfortable.

The house was beautiful and we had everything we needed.

Melissa was extremely responsive. We had an issue EARLY the first morning. (Normal home ownership stuff.) She responded at an hour I would not have ever expected her to. She was quick to get it handled so that we were comfortable the rest of our stay. She is a kind, considerate host.

We literally changed our plans just to stay at Peter’s place longer. Not only was the location beautiful and exactly what we wanted, but Peter was more than kind. He went out of his way to greet us and show us around. We got to meet all of the farm animals and he invited us back anytime- which we definitely will be taking advantage of. I cannot recommend this spot enough. Everything is clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It’s the perfect location to explore all the fun things in this part of New Mexico. Plus, it was perfect for our dog. He had a blast running around the fenced in yard and meeting the horses. PS- use the bathtub for a bubble bath, it rules lol

It’s a cozy house near downtown and a nice park. A couple of things about the listing, the bedrooms and bathroom is upstairs. The stairs are on the narrow side and steep. Finally the upstairs has creaky floors and may disturb light sleepers. It is nice little place in Roswell.

Nice and cozy with great backyard for our dog. Loved the sound of birds each day. Comfortable bed and plenty of room for the dog's kennel. Furniture fit in beautifully, as well as lighting.

Nice huge space for a big family. Host is wonderful.

This place was wonderful! Our whole family enjoyed the camper it was very accommodating for us. Israel was very communicative and helpful as well! The dogs outside were very friendly my kids loved playing with them. Israel has a decent sized fire pit outside and supplied plenty of wood so we had smores three different nights it was awesome. The view of the sky was very breathtaking at sunrise and sunset I’m going to miss that. As far as stargazing goes the clearness of the sky early on in the morning around 4 to 5 am was perfect I’ve never seen such an open night sky before it was beautiful. This was the ultimate camping in comfort experience for all of us and I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to Roswell.

Super friendly hosts. Beautiful location. Close enough to everything and far enough away to not be bothered by it. Under clear skies the stars were miraculous!

House was cozy . Not clean . But comfortable was good for a quick stay . Neighbor are loud and they’re up all night lots of noise . You will hear the roosters on their back yard loud and early.

We enjoyed our stay. Kitty corner was a gas station and quick Mart and across the street was a nice eatery, with good food. A house with character it was a perfect place for us to stay after our long drive. Great location highly recommend recommended.

I absolutely loved my stay here during Spring Break! It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The place is incredibly nice, well-organized, spotless, and super comfortable. Everything was just perfect—I couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy my time off!

We had great stay, location is in good neighborhood and close to shops, everything what you need is close.
