Vacation rentals in Chaves County

The house was immaculate, comfortable and charming. The area was very secluded and quiet. We saw/heard nothing with the exception of the occasional ranch hand tending to the cows and grounds. It was relaxing and peaceful.

This house was the perfect size for our larger group that was traveling together. Had all the listed amenities and hosts were very responsive.

The house is large and well furnished. The downstairs is just lovely. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed and the backyard has a great grassy area, along with a completely fenced yard encircling the house. The upstairs is a bit difficult to navigate due to the low ceiling and further limited by a window framed out into the hallway - the stairway is right there where there is not much room to navigate. Overall, the house is a great find to explore Roswell and the area. Make sure to visit the Bitter Lake National Wildlife Refuge where in early spring it must be a birders paradise. Also visit Toni at Finishing Touches, a really neat art store for those unique gifts.

The space was very clean and Jay was extremely communicative which made our stay seamless. Would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved my stay here during Spring Break! It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The place is incredibly nice, well-organized, spotless, and super comfortable. Everything was just perfect—I couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy my time off!

just the perfect stay for my brothers who were out Barbary sheep hunting. they met Priscilla and she was a pleasure to speak with. this is definitely a place they'd be willing to use again. I am their sister and booked for them. they enjoyed the amenities the place had to offer.

This place is amazing!! The house, the wild life, beautiful surroundings! The house is well stocked. Great area for walks. and our host is amazing!
