Monthly Rentals in Rosko Polje

We had really nice stay in the apartment. The initial instructions received were really precise. I have worried that the location may be a bit noisy, as it is in the center of Omis, that is quite lively. To my surprise, it was one of the quietest places we have ever stayed in Omis. I was also worried about the heat, as the weather was really hot, and apartment is under the roof. However, it was not necessary to worry, as the Aircon has made the apartment comfortably cool for both the day and night. Checking was done comfortably with a key in a lockbox, and the neighbor on the floor head obviously an agreement about watching the apartment and helping, which was quite nice. The location is really center on the pedestrian part of the city. That is quite comfortable for both the walk to the beach and evening walk to the city. It obviously makes the movie and move out a bit complicated, but we have easily offloaded and loaded the car less than 50m from the building entrance. Recommend!

Our apartment looked well maintained, was super clean, functional and friendly, enough towels available. Air conditioning and technology worked flawlessly. The neighborhood is very quiet, the house not unusually clairaudient. Outdoor shower if you like :)! Regarding arrival and departure time, our hosts were very flexible, thank you again for that. Contact with the hosts via messenger and in person was always kind. The access to the house is really exciting :P, but after a few days you get used to it. The location offers a magnificent view for this (we were even able to watch dolphins from the balcony) and quick access to the sea (about 180 steps) The "storage room" by the water is large enough also for SUPs, etc. Natural shade directly on the water is scarce, but we almost always found good places. Great snorkel spot! Mini market (good) and 2 restaurants (okay, but e.g. good pizza to take away) upstairs by the street. We would like to come again :)

Great location, just a few minutes from the beach and downtown. The place is very quiet, in a tiny street, very safe. The place is very clean, new and cool. Communication is excellent. I would definitely recommend to visit Makarska.

Mise is a wonderful host! He is super responsive and helpful. The place is perfect for a short or long stay. Highly recommend!
