Vela’s Condos have been my go to stay in Puerto Morelos! It is located with beach access and located close to everything! You are only a few minutes walk away from everything! Great safe place to stay!

If you're looking for a quiet place to spend a break with a beach and pool for a few days getaway, it's the right place. The apartment in general has all the amenities. The hosts Dafne and Alejandro super friendly and always attentive to our messages throughout the stay, some tipazos both.

My husband and I had such a wonderful week's stay here. The hotel complex is small, but so nice and quiet. The restaurants on site, as well as those next door at the international, were delicious. From being greeted by the bell boy and brought right to our room, to the food and drink service on the beach, it was a welcoming and comfortable stay. The spa next door at the international was wonderful, we did a couples massage (as we could never get the spa on site to get us scheduled, but that ended up being fine as next door was welcoming as well). Everything in Juan's place worked well and was clean. When we asked for extra towels after a big rain storm when ours got soaked, we had extras within 30 minutes. Very kind and very accommodating. We are already planning to come back with our kids soon!

I can’t say enough about this fabulous place!! The hosts, the location, the bright open studio concept with peekaboo view of the ocean, the large open patio and proximity of literally steps away from the beach are at the top of my wow list. This is a fantastic rental for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Puerto Moreles for an affordable stay. The bed was comfortable and the nights were peaceful and quiet. The bonus of beach chair with umbrella and the bike was awesome. I have already booked for next year and highly recommend this place. This was my 2nd time staying at Paola’s house!!! She’s so accommodating and sweet. The home has anything you could need. Games, snorkel gear, FRESH WATER, plenty of towels and so much more. We had one little problem with the door one night and she responded so quickly and was so helpful! 100% would recommend this Airbnb. We will be back. 💞

This house is paradise. The home is very spacious and my family of 9 all enjoyed the house without stepping on each other’s toes. The pool is clean and spacious and the snorkeling off the back is divine. Most days we spent the entire day at the house. The hosts are very responsive, helpful, and kind. They were able to help us with groceries prior to arrival and were very quick to respond to our needs throughout our stay. The toiletries that were stocked in all the bathroom were a nice touch. The only thing that wasn’t great here was the WiFi, which only mattered to me because I was working and needed more internet speed. I ended up working at aquí y ahora café (recommended if you need to work on vacation). If you don’t need to work, don’t worry about the internet, you will want to disconnect and enjoy the ocean anyway. Overall, I highly recommend booking this beautiful place.

FANTASTIC! Overall, a wonderful experience. Not a thing I would say was a negative; however, I'll make two notes - (these are by no means meant as a negative, just notes that I think future renters should know about their potential stay) 1) The common area (kitchen, living room, bathrooms) are not air conditioned. It's not a big deal because you're outside most of the time, but occasionally, the heat in the kitchen and bathrooms can be uncomfortable when using them. 2) There will be two amazing folks at the property from about 0730 to 1630/1530 daily who are cleaning, refreshing towels and other supportive efforts for your stay. I can't say enough how nice and professional these folks are, and as much as they try and stay out of the way, they are there with you during your stay. Again, this was not a problem for us, but if a future renter wants true privacy, especially in the home and the grounds, this may be something to consider. I absolutely recommend this property! Location, Location, Location: This home is centrally located within a secure gated community in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. You are approximately 35-40 minutes from the airport and 15-20 minutes (w/traffic) from EVERYTHING ELSE. Except the beach which is practically in your backyard. We ventured out of the rear exit of the community, which is lined with resorts. For a nominal fee, La Petitte allowed us to utilize their facilities, and we were treated like royalty. Space and the more space: Very spacious residence, with all the comforts of home. Upon arrival, the concierge did a quick walk through to certify all was well and answer any questions. Soon after landing, we received a message from Jeff & Mariel ensuring we arrived safely and were ready to have a great time. There were snacks and drinks available for our consumption as well as a fountain with purified water and a fully stocked kitchen. The rooms are spacious with TV and AC in each and plenty of beds. Enjoyed our stay!

This property is in a perfect location right on the water, offering stunning views. The addition of beach chairs and activities like boogie boards and floaties is a great bonus. The house features three bedrooms, each equipped with a mini-split air conditioner, which was especially helpful at night. While there is no central air conditioning, it isn’t needed because the bottom floor has doors that can be left open to enjoy the refreshing breeze. Gianella is very responsive, helpful, and kind. This house is ideal for families and feels safe, thanks to the security booth at the entrance. I also enjoyed being able to take a private shuttle to the house, and the ability to take Ubers without having taxis sitting outside waiting such as with the nearby hotels. I would def stay again.

We loved here and will definitely be back! Sylvia had reserved a golf cart for us and we got it as soon as we got off the ferry- it was ready immediately! Hosts were there to meet us at the house and gave us a quick tour! Great location, extremely clean, loved having the pool at the house! :)

We spent our last week in Mexico in a villa. It is the perfect place to relax. Private beach, beautiful view of the sea and waves crashing on the reef. The villa is very nice, clean and functional. The view from the bed straight onto the sea, at your fingertips. In this villa you feel like at home, not like in a hotel. There is a library with books and albums, porcelain cups and plates, and little things that warm up the place. The hosts were very caring and helpful. One day I wasn't feeling well and my hostess brought me soup that she had cooked herself. There was no pressure to leave the room before leaving. All in great peace. The host told us that it would be worth renting a car and so we did. Thanks to this, we were completely independent. This is a place you want to come back to if you value peace and privacy.

Wendy's place has a great location - easy walking access to beach, marina, restaurants. The unit was clean with a great view of the beach. Kitchen was clean with just about everything we could need. The downstairs shower was a bit small, and the downstairs "bedroom" was not very private, but it served our needs. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and private. Wendy is quite responsive to any questions or concerns. We enjoyed our stay.

From the day of reservation Fernando communicated to verify all the data and be aware of everything, a day before arriving was communicated to confirm the time of the entrance and a few hours before arriving I send everything I need to enter the place. Very friendly and very attentive to the questions we had. Highly recommended!!!

Stayed here for a few nights with our family and the location was amazing. Collette’s place is nice and clean. We loved that it had extra towels for our family. We relaxed on the balcony in the morning drinking our coffee. The kids had a great time snorkeling and really enjoyed the pool. Definitely recommend Collette’s place!

Although I answered the questions, I personally did not stay. My niece and her friend who did stay there were very happy. Both of the ladies are professional personal house keepers so their expectation for cleanliness is high. I frequently got pictures as well and conversations regarding on how much they loved the place. the hosts were very responsive and helpful, and the neighbours were great. Made some good friends. I personally will be booking if I go, and the girls will be making their appointments around the vacancy dates when they have have to return. Loved it. Would recommend highly

We ended up here on a whim as our original Airbnb we had turned out to be a bust. Cherri saved us by letting us book 30 min before we arrived and walking into her place felt like a dream. The views are breathtaking and the place was spotless. The kitchen had everything you could think of and felt just like home. Check in for us was late in the day but the process was simple and keys were right where they were supposed to be. The breakfast place across the street was phenomenal and we went twice in three days. There’s only A/C in the bedroom but great cross ventilation in the rest of the living space. Easy walk to Akumal beach or the lagoon. Would definitely stay here again.

Cece was an excellent host, very easy to communicate with. The apartment is as pictured and has all the basics you need. It is very clean. The bed is a bit hard but overall it is comfortable. The location is fantastic.its right in front of the beach and the pool is lovely. Its an easy walk to town on the road or the beach with lots of wonderful restaurants and access to the grocery store. We had a wonderful stay and have already booked a return visit! Booked a snorkel tour with Cece and it was fabulous.
