The Airbnb is in a nice location, close enough to some nice restaurants and cafes. Also a very short car ride to the city center. Ubers and Didis are easily accessible. Stefania is a great host, very responsive and helpful!

Everything was very incredible! The view was the maximum, the room was very clean and with everything you need!! Very nice all the experience, I'm sure we'll be back!! Super recommend to everyone!!

If you're looking for a quiet place to spend a break with a beach and pool for a few days getaway, it's the right place. The apartment in general has all the amenities. The hosts Dafne and Alejandro super friendly and always attentive to our messages throughout the stay, some tipazos both.

The hosts, the location, the bright open studio concept with peekaboo view of the ocean, the large open patio and proximity of literally steps away from the beach are at the top of my wow list. This is a fantastic rental for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Puerto Moreles for an affordable stay. The bed was comfortable and the nights were peaceful and quiet. The bonus of beach chair with umbrella and the bike was awesome. I have already booked for next year and highly recommend this place. Paola was a great host, responsive, and gave clear instructions on how to get into property, how to access the beach, local recommendations. Her place was as advertised, the A/C worked great, hot water was good. There was everything needed for the private beach, towels, chairs, snorkel equipment. Wi-Fi worked well. As with most places staying abroad bring your own roku, or Amazon, chrome cast to use tv. Other than that it was amazing, kitchen worked well for our private dinner we set up. Would 100% return.

Celebrating my 60th birthday at Casa Rojas was an absolute dream come true! The house was beautiful - impeccably clean, beautifully appointed, and spacious enough for our large group of 10. The thoughtful touches and the overall ambiance blew us away. It even had a Christmas tree! Our host was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She seamlessly arranged ground transportation, two amazing dive trips, and connected us with an incredible private chef. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, she responded promptly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Casa Rojas provided the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable family celebration. We highly recommend this stunning property to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay in Cozumel.

Family vacation over New Years. Seven of us ranging in age from 4 to 77. Adolfo was quick to answer any questions prior to our stay. Victor kept the home and outdoor areas spotless and was extremely helpful. Carlos cooked us two dinners. AMAZING! Almost all other meals were at Beached Bikini, right next door. We flew into Tulum, which was super convenient. Beach was pretty much private, beautiful, great for wave jumping. Pool was nice and warm. Easy drive to Akumal Beach, where you’ll find tons of restaurants, shops, services. Fantastic stay, highly recommend!

Location, Location, Location: This home is centrally located within a secure gated community in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. You are approximately 35-40 minutes from the airport and 15-20 minutes (w/traffic) from EVERYTHING ELSE. Except the beach which is practically in your backyard. We ventured out of the rear exit of the community, which is lined with resorts. For a nominal fee, La Petitte allowed us to utilize their facilities, and we were treated like royalty. Space and the more space: Very spacious residence, with all the comforts of home. Upon arrival, the concierge did a quick walk through to certify all was well and answer any questions. Soon after landing, we received a message from Jeff & Mariel ensuring we arrived safely and were ready to have a great time. There were snacks and drinks available for our consumption as well as a fountain with purified water and a fully stocked kitchen. The rooms are spacious with TV and AC in each and plenty of beds. Enjoyed our stay!

Excellent home and perfect location. Home is located on a private street with gated security 24 hours. Next to Riu Caribbean. Quite private beach although a few people will use the beach. Walkable to a small store at the Riu Caribe to get snacks/liquor. Reel Inn across the street which has a coffee shop and cafe. Bus stop out front. Easy to catch an Uber. Amazing place we hope to use again!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed cooking and lounging on the patio listening to the waves. If you’re planning to stay, I would recommend water shoes as the rock and coral can get fairly sharp.

This house was just what we needed. I didn't have to rush to get a good chair by the ocean because 2 were always waiting for us each morning. The kitchen is stocked with items to make yourself right at home. I will say the road to get the this location is over the top bumpy. It actually felt like we were in a cartoon as we made our way down the road. Once you make it to Mac's place you quickly realize that the bumps were all worth it!

This house was a fantasy. Incredible attention to detail, interesting architecture and interiors and an extremely comfortable atmosphere inside and out. The views are sounds and friendly staff make this place even better. I will be booking again when I can.

Wendy's place was GREAT! Communication was fantastic and she was even proactive about issues. The view and location can't be beat in PA. Stop thinking about it and just book this place, you won't be sorry!

This was one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed. Check-in was quite easy and has 24/7 security in the lobby. The staffs are quite friendly and willing to help. Despite being steps from 5th Avenue, no noises are heard, so we could spend quite quiet nights. Communication with Fernando was excellent, his responses to our doubts were immediate. If I travel to Playa del Carmen again, I would definitely repeat this apartment.

10/10 stay!! Highly recommend. Great access to the pool and beach. Very clean and spacious condo. Definitely recommend booking a private snorkeling trip with Jaime and his son (contact info in the binder in condo.) Michael was an awesome host who answered every question right away. Biggest tip would be to stop at grocery store for food and drinks since there isn’t a ton of food options in walking distance other than a few beach clubs that are always packed with visitors from the cruise ships. Will definitely be back!!

Stayed here for a few nights with our family and the location was amazing. Collette’s place is nice and clean. We loved that it had extra towels for our family. We relaxed on the balcony in the morning drinking our coffee. The kids had a great time snorkeling and really enjoyed the pool. Definitely recommend Collette’s place!

Although I answered the questions, I personally did not stay. My niece and her friend who did stay there were very happy. Both of the ladies are professional personal house keepers so their expectation for cleanliness is high. I frequently got pictures as well and conversations regarding on how much they loved the place. the hosts were very responsive and helpful, and the neighbours were great. Made some good friends. I personally will be booking if I go, and the girls will be making their appointments around the vacancy dates when they have have to return. Loved it. Would recommend highly

The view was stunning and pictures are not making any justice of how beautiful it looks. Nicole helped us with everything we needed until we left. Will return soon God Willing and check her other Penthouses in the same building.. Excellent host and beautiful condo!!

We stayed at Irina’s condo. Had a gorgeous view. The pool and ocean are right there. When we had a couple question Irina was very responsive. I would definitely stay here gain. Thank you Irina and. We ended up here on a whim as our original Airbnb we had turned out to be a bust. Cherri saved us by letting us book 30 min before we arrived and walking into her place felt like a dream. The views are breathtaking and the place was spotless. The kitchen had everything you could think of and felt just like home. Check in for us was late in the day but the process was simple and keys were right where they were supposed to be. The breakfast place across the street was phenomenal and we went twice in three days. There’s only A/C in the bedroom but great cross ventilation in the rest of the living space. Easy walk to Akumal beach or the lagoon. Would definitely stay here again.
