Everything related to the Airbnb service is perfect, my only complaint is about the treatment of some hotel workers, who made up rules in order to harass or belittle the Airbnb guest (the harassment was because a hotel worker had imposed a rule on us about the time of use on the cot, and making contemptuous looks, simply because of the color of the bracelet and package we had purchased). All day we were harassed by hotel staff to purchase the hotel's food plan, when we were not interested in that plan. Other than that, everything was perfect, I would love to return in the future, the service was excellent and just for the guy who treated us, I would go again, recommended

Paola was clear and quick with communication. Her place was very comfortable and beautiful!! The walk to the beach took less than 3 minutes. It felt like we almost had the beach completely to ourselves! We are hoping to return to this same part of Cozumel in the future- it really was a true gem!!

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

Jeffrey and Mariel are the best host we ever had. Extremely responsive, full of suggestions. House is beautiful and recent, nice furniture same as photos. El Cielo is a quiet gated community 10 minutes drive from downtown PDC. Strongly recommended!

Great house in an amazing location! The house was clean and extremely comfortable. We loved being right on the beach and had a wonderful stay.

Sylvia and her family were amazing hosts. They were attentive to our needs, and showed ip to the home regularly to assist in cleaning, trash removal and everything in between. The home is located in one of the most pristine areas of the island, offering wide open views of the ocean which isn’t the easiest to find. We will definitely be back!

First, I would like to express my gratitude for the level of help Mac gave to, two very old, technically challenged travelers. It was dark and rainy, and we were travel weary. Mac stayed on the phone with us until we reached his amazing Airbnb. I have been renting beach houses for 15 years and this place by far was the most impressive place yet. We had several tours planned, and we truly did not want to leave paradise to explore Tulum, but we did. The area is not only historically and culturally rich, but has everything you can expect from a tropical beach environment. This house was a fantasy. Incredible attention to detail, interesting architecture and interiors and an extremely comfortable atmosphere inside and out. The views are sounds and friendly staff make this place even better. I will be booking again when I can.

We stayed here with a group of friends for an extended weekend and it was fantastic! The rooms were big and clean, the pool and hot tub were great, and it was right next to a delicious restaurant! Would go again.

This was one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed at. Check-in was quite easy and it has 24/7 security in the lobby. The staff is quite friendly and willing to help. Despite being steps away from 5th Avenue, no noise is heard, so we were able to spend quite quiet nights. Communication with Fernando was excellent, his answers to our questions were immediate. If I travel to Playa del Carmen again, I would definitely stay in this apartment again.

This was an amazing stay! We even overheard a couple staying at an all inclusive when we were at a different beach, they did not enjoy that hotel as much as they did at the Residences Reef. Host was very responsive as well. Overall highly recommend!

Beautiful condo in a centrally located resort right in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Large and spacious. Views of the Gulf and beach, only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach from your room. Very pleasant stay with a very gracious and helpful host. A few things to note, the Resort is All Inclusive but you cannot purchase food or drink there, however you can get day passes where you can eat from the buffets and drink at the bars all day, rates on this vary. There is a grocery store within a ten minute walk where you can get everything you need. Many restaurants within walking distance and pubic transportation very close(R1/R2 bus). The beach is beautiful and not crowded, it was a wonderful stay. We never felt unsafe walking around.

Stayed here for a few nights with our family and the location was amazing. Collette’s place is nice and clean. We loved that it had extra towels for our family. We relaxed on the balcony in the morning drinking our coffee. The kids had a great time snorkeling and really enjoyed the pool. Definitely recommend Collette’s place!

everything went great! check in and check out was super quick and easy. easy access to the ocean had nice pool and kids pool. host checked up on us to make sure everything was going great.

We had a great time at the Salvia Apartments! We only stayed for 5 days but made the most of it. The view at this place were stunning with high vantage point of the beach. It was a great access point for various activities like food, drinks, ports, and shuttle pick up. Highly recommend a stay with Nichole!

The location was perfect: right on the beach, short walk to the restaurants, shops, main plaza. The pool is great for kiddos. Cece was very responsive, respectful and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.
