We love this flat, it is spacious and gives us a great home from home for Christmas entertaining. The position in the dock land allows us to walk to various activities and adds to the festive air. 3rd visit, hope to be there again next year. Thanks Dave

We had an amazing stay here, the property is beautiful, the host was attentive and every detail was so well thought out. Waking up to the sea view from the master bedroom window was so perfect and relaxing in the living room and eating breakfast looking out to sea watching the sun rise was an amazing start to our New Year. We didn’t want to leave! The information we were given before we arrived was so helpful and it’s also available in the property. The decor, facilities and presentation was superb, we had everything we needed. The short walk to the beach is perfect, our son absolutely loved it and there are so many lovely places to eat and visit. Everything you need for a super relaxing stay is here. We would highly recommend and thank you so much to Phoebe and James for making this beautiful spot available for us to stay in to start a new year. We’ve loved it. Ryan, Leanne and Ethan.

We scored a deal with this flat. The view is amazing and it close to the bay area where lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The only drawback is that I should have booked for 2 or 3 nights. Will definitely come back if I had the chance.

Had a fab 3 night stay, great location for us, could walk everywhere. House was lovely! We didnt mind being in the middle of two pubs, both worth a visit. Thank you Debbie, hope you'll have us back again 😊

A great cottage in an excellent location for walking around Stratford, visiting the local first class restaurants. I think we will revisit in warmer weather when the riverside location will really come in to its own.

Serendipity was wonderful. I think probably our best airbnb yet. Scott was extremely helpful from booking through to leaving the property with recommendations and advice - the welcome app/manual is invaluable. Off of this we used the Pizzeria720 on our arrival evening (as suggested!) and we had wonderful lunches at Potting Shed and The Crown! The house itself was easy to find, clean, well stocked with everything you would need from luxury amenities, plenty of towels, and lots of wonderful added touches of welcome gifts, and the bits that are always helpful if and when you need them - washing up liquid, sponge, shower gel, kitchen roll - all these types of things make for such a comfortable stay. The surroundings are so peaceful and quiet, beautiful views over the water and a nice secure balcony. Overall we had a wonderful stay for NYE and are already thinking we'll be back to experience it in the summer!! Thanks for having us Scott and thanks for all your help and advice - brilliant!!

This house offers both proximity to lovely Cotswolds towns and a holiday atmosphere with easy parking, leisure activities, walking paths and so on. It worked very well for my family Christmas trip; the house is appealing and we loved the presence of so much wildlife right at the end of the jetty off the living room. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and we had a lovely time in the mist.

We had a fab week celebrating my 60th birthday - a beautiful house in a superb location for walking, cycling and kayaking. Superb facilities and a great host.

If we could rate this house & the hosts at more than 5/5 we would. Beautiful house in a superb location very close to beach. House was spotlessly clean with everything we needed and more. Welcome pack with wine & chocolates, teabags, coffee, dog treats, toiletries and more. Very comfortable beds with crisp linens, fluffy towels, comfortable sofa & dining chairs & a large TV. The house was warm & cosy. The hosts were very communicative & informed us that the house was ready earlier than we had expected. Great pre arrival information was fabulous & informative & very much appreciated. Thank you so much Huw & Nathalie - we hope to return with our grandchildren in the near future 😘

Superb house right on the seafront. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Helen responded quickly when we had an issue and we were able to continue our stay happily

Kept in touch . Clear directions and was waiting for our arrival to take us to the apartment. Explained all the amenities and was hand on checkout giving us clear directions to the City centre and Cardiff Bay so we got the most out of our day. Spotless accommodation. Safe secure parking and a wonderfully comfortable bed! All round excellence.

We had a lovely few days away. The apartment is right on the seafront so really easy to walk to all shops and restaurants. When not running on the beach, the dog loved his spot in front of the window, watching everyone go by! The apartment had everything we needed and a handy lift to help with unloading the car. The hot tub was also a welcome addition on those cold evenings (max 2 people) My only two requests would be.. As there is only 1 parking space, perhaps a parking permit for the front for an additional car? Or options for cheap overnight parking Ability to get warm water from the outdoor shower after spending time on the beach ◡̈ Jan and Wayne were easy to get in contact with if needed. Lovely apartment in a great town, thank you! We will be back in the future.

In addition to the fabulously clean apartment in a great location, Geoff was an excellent communicator. We had one small issue that Geoff and his team quickly solved. Would love to stay again if we are in the area.

A cosy self contained flat, ideal for a small family, couple or someone on their own. Clean and tidy, the host’s representative was there on time to hand keys over and give the relevant information (it was January so how to work the heating was a must!). Kewstoke itself is a quiet village where you can go on walks along the coast or head to Weston Super Mare on the bus (you can walk if you feeling adventurous). I went for a quiet couple of days, to get some steps in and catch up on reading, mission accomplished!

A wonderful stay in a great apartment. It’s even nicer than the photos. The hosts were great, very accommodating, responsive and helpful. There aren’t many steps to the apartment and it was easy to get in and out. Highly recommended. I would love to stay again,
