Vacation rentals with a sauna in River Severn

Number 12, good to see new sofa and cooker, fridge. freezer would be handy. No plug in sink so difficult to wash up! Bathroom needs repairs, tiles off, leak stain on ceiling, shower screen leaked. Which means water on floor. Please paint stairwell it’s scruffy as you enter, it lets it down. You need to install WiFi please.

Treetops is the perfect relaxing stay and break from the norm. Mark & Lavinia are friendly and fantastic hosts and their property is wonderful. Mark took the time to show us around and was available if we needed anything. We enjoyed the beautiful natural surrounding and felt right at home. The sauna and stream room were an added bonus and we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Would recommend to family & friends and would stay again.

Aaron had made sure we had everything we needed including phone chargers which came in handy. The flat was very spacious, homely and well located. As a host Aaron was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall a great stay.

Jane was an excellent host and responded to my enquiries before booking and whilst we were there. The apartment is bright and airy with a perfect balcony where you can watch the sun go down whilst listening to the birds. The spa on site is great, outdoor pool is a little fresh! You need to book a slot in advance in busy periods but Jane will send you all the details you need. We had a really relaxing stay and would stay again.

Absolutely beautiful place. Tony and Rosemary provided everything we needed for a long weekend relaxing stay. Their communication was excellent and they were always on hand to answer questions. I loved having a hot tub, which made the value great. The area was very peaceful and private, and in easy driving distance of lots of local attractions. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

The retreat is in a beautiful location , surrounded by hills, countryside and lovely walks. The property was beautifully clean and welcoming and the swimming pool is an amazing facility. Everything was perfect , and we will definitely be back.

Fabulous location, beautiful, bright & well maintained apartment. The pictures speak for the apartment and the amenities within the estate. I would like to speak more about the hosts, Jane has been very welcoming since the time we booked the property for our Easter weekend stay. Had been in touch regarding the bed room arrangements and informed us to book the amenities ahead of our stay so we get a slot. When I informed her that we did not manage to get the slot, she went in person to make the bookings on our behalf. What a lovely gesture! The day we check-in, Jane's clear instructions helped in locating the property without any issue. I had to contact Jane to inform that our 8 year old was looking for youtube in TV and reg the gaming console remote. In the next 5 mins, her husband was there to sort it all out for us which we really didn't expect. They are such lovely hosts doing everything possible to ensure their guests get what they expect. We'll definitely visit again!

Tony’s place was absolutely perfect. Communication was spot on, quick and easy going. Instructions to get in couldn’t have been a smoother. The actual apartment smelt lovely and was spotless. With tea and coffee facilities. The location of the apartment was also perfect for walking to the bay, town and the Utilita Arena, which was the purpose of our visit. Can highly recommend.

Stayed two nights here for a family weekend at Alton Towers. Lovely time, 100% would recommend!

Really clear instructions on how to find the place really good location for walking into town and any queues I had I’ve got a response really quickly. Will definitely stay again if we come to Cardiff.

This place is a real gem! Sue and Tim are amazing hosts and literally couldn’t do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The accommodation is so homely but it’s the garden that makes this air b and b extra special. Hot tub, sauna, Summer house with fridge, fairy lights, darts and pool we didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend!

Stunning property. Stayed as a family aging from two to eighty three and Sunset lodge had everything you could need for a comfortable stay away. Kitchen has everything needed and more to dine in. Modern, comfortable furnishings in spacious rooms all with lovely views of the water. Safe for children and easy to move around with a partially sighted guest with limited mobility. Michelle was a fantastic host, always responsive and provided lots of information regarding the property and site. Lovely indoor and outdoor swimming pool on site in the spa with booked slots so didn’t get too busy. Site was beautiful, quiet and calm for a relaxing short break with family.

We loved our stay! Ruth's place was exactly as described. She was warm and welcoming with lots of local recommendations for our dogs to walk too. Her home was beautiful with lots of little touches that made the place feel like home. Yes, the stairs are steep and this was no issue as we read the description before arriving. To the person saying these are like ladders in another review.. this certainly isnt true. They are steep stairs, but when you take the stairs up to the bedspace you are met with the most lovely cosy space; dimly lit beautifully. We made use of the sauna despite me not being able to tolerated it but even so was a lovely added facility to try. The dogs settled well in the kitchen overnight and despite being on the main highstreet it was blissfully quiet. No disturbances what so ever. And we are hoping to come back and explore the area more!

We had a friend get together for the Easter weekend and we had the most amazing time. The house exceeded our expectations. The social areas were great and very spacious. There was loads to do at the house - swim, sauna, games room, books, relax etc. There were good walking routes listed with clear directions and the pub recommendations were spot on. Red kite were wonderful with communication and replied to messages almost instantly.

I very much enjoyed my stay. The property is in an idyllic location. The peaceful atmosphere made for a very relaxing few days. Agnes always responded to any requests and I would love to return sometime in the future.

We had a lovely time staying at Oak Lodge. The property is great and we really enjoyed the facilities at Lower Mill Estate. We had a few problems navigating the estate due to poor signage which was exacerbated at night when there is limited light. Instructions could have been slightly clearer as we found putting the property name into the satnav more useful than just the postcode as was suggested on the welcome pack. Nonetheless, communication from the hosts was excellent and we had a great holiday here.

Excellent stay at WH3. Very well set up for family trips with small children, excellent locations with good amenities.

This has to be the most eclectic house we have stayed in as a family, but it provided constant entertainment and sparked imaginations. There is lots of room inside for 9 people a dog and a baby. The separate dining area and sittings rooms allowed people to be together and have private time. The garden area available was small for a large gathering but Barry was willing to open up further garden to us on asking. The sauna was a nice touch. There were enough bathrooms and the kitchen was equipped and functional The house is old as it says in the descriptions so if you have difficulty climbing stairs it would not be for you. The layout and contents of the house are not toddler friendly. There is no onsite parking, but the car park is a short distance away. The village is quaint and the coop very near by. We can recommend the tea shop, and would recommend booking early is you want to eat in the pub next door. There are lots of walks nearby and buses to other villages.
