Deluxe Shepherd's Hut and Chalet

A deluxe shepherd's hut and a chalet, each with one double bed, in the grounds of our house with lovely views of the garden. If you are two travellers but require both the hut and the chalet please book for 3 guests. If you are a party of 3 or 4 people, our third and fourth guests will stay in our chalet just a few steps away which accommodates up to two people in a double bed. It is an ideal rural getaway within walking distance of two excellent pubs and a small farm shop. Please come and stay!

Really lovely cosy cabin for me and my partner and our dog! Nice peaceful area and lovely cabin nice and clean and relaxing amazingly had plenty of cooking facilities for such a tiny space really well thought out how it’s all laid out. Stayed with my boyfriend, celebrating our anniversary and the place was beautiful. So private and peaceful. The hut was perfectly clean and cosy throughout and enjoyed a drive into Hereford centre which only took around 10 minutes. Hot tub was a dream and warmed up really fast. Was very kind of Verity to preheat for our arrival! Paid extra for anniversary banner and balloons that set the mood straight away. Thanks for a lovely stay ☺️

One word describes our weekend away at Clive and Ann’s Shepards hut. Fantastic is the word! Clive’s lockdown project the Shepards hut is a must see gem! The surrounds are perfect and quiet the garden is amazing. We came away for my wife’s birthday and it made her weekend, Clive and Ann had even stocked the fridge for us and put some beer in there too as well as baking us a fresh and tasty loaf of bread. It was amazing folks! All told a fantastic time at the Shepards hut our new favourite getaway. See you soon Clive and Ann.

The place is so cute and cosy, everything was perfect! Nicola was very patient considering we got lost on the way and she stayed on the line until we found the place (our fault for not being great with directions even though she sent us very clear instructions beforehand! haha). A nice and spacious little hut, perfect for our small family of four. The kids absolutely loved having Alexa in the room and enjoyed the big garden outside with the chickens. The weather wasn’t in our favour when we arrived, but we were blessed with a bit of sunshine the next morning and we made the most of it! Iain and Victoria were wonderful hosts. Their quick response time and kind, humble attitude made us feel like guests in their own home. Thank you so much for everything you’re doing in the best interest of your guests. Our one night break was truly delightful, and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and family friendly getaway.

Our stay at Steve’s shepherds hut was beautiful. The hut itself was bright, clean and had everything you might need for a weekend away. Located on gorgeous grounds, the hut’s location feels secluded and peaceful. The best things about the hut are the small touches - fairy lights cover the hut at night, the firepit and wood is great for chilly nights and the host provides a nice breakfast hamper. It was great to have modern bathroom facilities in the hut, and not to mention a gorgeous reed diffuser that made the whole hut smell divine. Steve and Lizzie are great hosts - regularly checked in via message. Would definitely recommend for a wholesome weekend away 😊

The Hideaway is located in a beautiful serene natural environment, and the hut with its private garden elevated the whole experience. We enjoyed walks in the nature and bbqing in the garden. The hideaway was equipped with all that we needed. We really felt that Paula put a lot of care in creating this beautiful place for people to stay.
