Monthly Rentals in River Kennet

My family & I had a wonderful stay at the Annexe, there are lots of lovely walks to do on the doorstep and within 5mins drive. The pubs and restaurants are great too! The plunge into the icy river every morning was a ye eat way to start the day! Couldn’t recommend high enough, Jenny was friendly and made us feel very welcome!

Stayed for a month while on placement near by and it was perfect for what I was after. Would definitely need a car to get around but close enough to Newbury to not feel too isolated! Thank you Tracy for a lovely stay

Maggie and Anthony were incredible hosts and are wonderful people. They helped to make our short stay the best it could be. The Airbnb is full of character and charm. The surrounding area is beautiful, quiet and welcoming. Perfect for some time away out of the busy city.

We had a lovely, peaceful weekend, as a family of 6, including 3 teenagers and a dog! The house was lovely and warm and was more spacious than we expected. Tracey supplied us with some lovely bath goodies and breakfast supplies including tea, coffee, milk, juice, bread and cereal! The kitchen had good utensils and enough plates, bowls, glasses, mugs and cutlery for us all. The enclosed garden at the back was brilliant for our puppy, as we could just let her out on her own to do her business! Very peaceful, lovely views and private enough.
