Vacation rentals with a hot tub in River Avon

The lodge was pristine and in a great location. Our host was very responsive and helped us feel right at home.

The host graciously accepted a very last-minute 5-night booking and jumped on making arrangements for our stay. The property was very clean and tidy and exactly as described. Everything worked properly and the host provided detailed access and parking instructions that were invaluable. The Estate is very peaceful this time of year (December) and we had near-solo use of the Spa facilities and on site restaurant when we wanted them. As a dog-friendly property a secure/enclosed rear space would be welcome, but the private Estate no doubt has limitations that might make this hard. Bear this in mind if your dog tends to wander or head straight into the Thames! You’ll need to remember to keep them on a lead/line in the rear garden. Note that there’s plenty of off lead space next to the lake a couple of minutes walk away actoss the road. We re really enjoyed the wood-fired hot tub, which was easier to use than expected, and we made use of the car charger - both are perfect additions.

An exceptional place to stay. It had everything you needed and more. Really comfortable beds and amazing views too. Fully recommend to stay here and Sue was brilliant with communications beforehand.

After an issue with our booking we were offered this as an alternative lake house for our stay. The location was excellent and Orion were great to deal with. The only disappointment was us not being to have the house that we had originally booked but the house we did have was comfortable, hot tub was great and there was plenty to do in the surrounding area.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and very well equipped. Well maintained and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for exploring Bath. We will definitely be booking again!

Loved our couple of nights here whilst we went to the Christmas markets in Bath. An easy commute into town but with the peace, space & flexibility that you don’t get with a hotel. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, the hot tub an added bonus. Communication with the hosts was easy. Would loved to have stayed longer.

House was lovely. We spent Christmas week with multi generational family and it was perfect. Plenty of room and very comfortable. House was exactly as expected with lots of great amenities and tidy. We were able to prepare a full Christmas meal with everything there!. Lots of beautiful villages to explore nearby. Jan and Jamie were responsive and friendly and stopped by to make sure we were comfortable and settled. Definitely recommend.

We had such a fabulous weekend at Otter's Holt celebrating my brother's 50th. The house is beautiful with wonderful views and extremely well appointed -we had everything we needed. Lorraine was very responsive when we had some problems that we needed help with. We all loved the outdoor pools at the spa and the kids enjoyed hiring canoes to paddle across Howell's Mere. We hope to visit again.

Olivia’s house is lovely - plenty of space for everyone and great amenities (games room, TVs, speakers, hot tube etc.). Olivia lives in the house next door and was wonderful, always checking that everything was okay and helping when our fob broke. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Beautiful house, it was ideal for our family get together. Very comfortable, including the beds. Lots of attention to detail. Having individual bathrooms is a big plus. There's a range of activities on site to suit everyone. Information supplied and communication before our arrival was excellent. Any problems we had were responded to quickly. All in all, a great weekend break.

The photos do not do this beautiful home justice - it is by far, one of the most fantastic Air BnB finds I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The setting is idyllic, the facilities second to none and yet even though a large house and grounds, still had a cosy homely feel. This was a treat retreat that will be hard to beat!

We had a fantastic long weekend at Jan’s house , we went into Bath one day after driving to the park and ride spot, had a great day there, one of the days we drove to a beautiful local pub for a festive drink , and we cooked some excellent food back at Jan’s in the evenings and played game’s and snooker, the views from the house are amazing aswell as are the properties own grounds , a lovely house with character and charm. Thoroughly enjoyed by all 11 guests

Perfect little hideaway spot with lots of scenic areas and quaint little towns close by. Unfortunately we didn't realise the nearby puzzlewood was shut down at this time of year so if that's something you would like to do make sure to check! We spent my girlfriends 30th here so it quickly became a very special spot for us. We made good use of the hot tub which was amazing and easy to use with the instructions provided. Wood provided lasted us plenty and extra bags are reasonably priced. Spectacular views to wake up to, it was foggy for us 2 out of 3 of our days so we didn't see many stars unfortunately but it was still very cosy and when the stars did show up it was a perfect experience especially in the hot tub. We would love to come back in the summer.

Very clean and comfortable apartment with an amazing hot tub! Had a smart tv with Netflix and a great bathroom and good shower. Very private location. Host was super friendly and helpful. Always responded within minutes. Would definitely recommend staying.

We absolutely loved our short stay in the cabin. We weren’t able to use the hot tub the first night, but Alex and Victoria were so so accommodating and we couldn’t fault their hospitality. The cabin is so cozy, intimate and perfect for what we wanted. The heating was fab inside, and everything was spotless. Will absolutely be staying again once we get the chance. Thank you again.

Me and my partner stayed at ruby's retreat for our anniversary. We absolutely loved it! It was so cosy and private and we loved sitting outside with the fire on and having a bbq! Andrew was very helpful and showed us around when we arrived and answered any queries via text very quickly. It was in a great location (just under 20 minutes from Bath!) Thank you so much, would definitely come back!

First time we’ve gone away for Christmas and we had the best Christmas ever! Reason we chose this air BnB cause the kitchen looked amazing for our Christmas dinner and was perfect! Apart from no previous warning (that we remember seeing) about the freezer not working so we couldn’t use the ice with our festive drinks we brought with us, but that’s a very minor detail. Also our Christmas tradition is to cook our meats on the BBQ but it was left soaked outside even though written everywhere it would be in the porch. But didn’t take us too long to dry out. We appreciated all the little Christmas touches you left out for us - made our stay even better. Hot tub was wonderful - 2nd main reason we came there, loved it! The whole place was very cosy and warm, never got cold! Perfect! Thank you!! Ideas to add to the cabin in the future - would be a heated towel rail. As in the winter it was impossible to get them dry inbetween uses as all the heaters had do no cover warnings.
