Apartment vacation rentals in Rio de Janeiro Metropolitan Area

Let’s start off with, if you’re reading this book it before it’s gone! This is 10/10 bnb. one of the absolute best Air BNB I’ve stayed in. As we’re arriving from the states we arrived early. John and Charlotte made it possible for us to check in early! Huge help as we’re staying for two weeks and had lots of luggage! At arrival they had snacks, fruits, and cookies for us! First thing you see when you arrive is the beautiful view from the main window in the living room. We got the choice on how to set up the bedrooms! It was perfect as we were a large group. From John’s bnb there so many places to eat and even more as John provided many restaurants on a list for us! John and charlotte are super attentive. Twice we called them by accident and they responded writhin seconds to see if we were okay! Lastly our last day was Sunday and our flights weren’t till 9 pm! John allowed us to stay till we left at 6! Thank you again John and everyone from the door staff to charlotte! Obrigado🙏🏽 10/

It was all very good, they always answered our questions very quickly and kindly, we arrived at 1 p.m. in Rio and check-in was only 3 p.m. and I asked to leave our bags at least so we could go out to lunch and she kindly let us check in early without problems and extra charges, on the way out I also asked to leave our bags for us to have lunch there in the region before our transfer arrived because we would have an hour and a half in the meantime and it was also allowed in a good way. Everything was clean, the photos match the space, and I loved the fact that it had a safe. We will certainly return and recommend it to people. There were towels and the shower is wonderful. The kitchen is small but equipped enough for us to have our breakfast, we did not have the other meals in the apartment. I have nothing to complain about. I loved RJ

We had a great experience staying at the apartment :) We liked the location- close to the beach and has lots of good restaurants. Big supermarket located just 1min walk, thus easy to get ingredients for cooking. The host let us do an early check-in when we arrived. During the stay, the host was very helpful and was available for questions such as where we can park our car.

Thank you for being such a wonderful host during my stay! Your attentiveness and hospitality made our experience truly memorable. The space was immaculate and had everything we needed to feel right at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting the area.

My second stay at this apartment and it was as fantastic as my last stay. Carlos is a real gentleman who really cares and looks after his guests. He left provisions for a few days which was much appreciated after a long flight. He checked in regularly to make sure that all was ok. The apartment is well located with an amazing view. It is walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. The pool is well maintained and very quiet during the week. The daily complementary housekeeping is an added bonus to keep the apartment spotless. It has all the amenities you need to feel right at home. I cannot wait until my next visit. 100% recommended.

Place was close to beach with all the advertised benefits, my experience was very positive. Thiago was super responsive and helpful for any minor issues or questions I had. Great value for money in Copacabana.

We liked very much to stay in Sergio's apartment which is situated at the brink of the atlantic rainforest and near to the Gavea rock. Sergio wellcomed us with tropical fruits and juice and informed us about the surrounding area . The apartment is quite and we had once during our 2 1/2 weeks stay the visit of a "Sagui"-monkey family on the balcony which was very interesting and amazing. There was also a charming cat always waiting for us on the balcony in the morning when we woke up and in the evening when we came home begging for some delicious food other than she got from Sergio. To walk to the Joatinga beach you need around 20 minutes and the last stretch is quite steep and slippery. Therefore It is better to go there with tennis shoes than with flip flops. We were very satisfied with the apartment and Sergio as host.

We loved this Airbnb! My husband and I were working remotely during our stay so we spent a lot of time in Celia’s home and it was perfect. WiFi was amazing, the natural light was amazing, the neighborhood is amazing. Would absolutely stay again if we’re ever in Rio. Thank you Celia!

Leandro was very responsive and flexible with the check-in and check-out. The apartment is located at the best area in Ipanema, close to the lagoon, the beach, restaurants and still very residential and silent.

I recommend this accommodation: it is clean, true to the photos and very well located. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

We are very grateful to Wilson, it allowed us to get into the lodging earlier as our flight was arriving tomorrow. When we were at the airport to retire, we were informed that the flight was canceled, assigning it for the next day; Wilson allowed us to return to the accommodation without any problem. The location of the accommodation is excellent, it is a few steps from the Siqueira Campos Metro and close to Copacabana beach. We definitely hope to be back soon.

I was surprised, the apartment is beautiful, organized, well equipped, bed linens and towels, clean and fragrant. The location is excellent, everything is close, quiet cul-de-sac. You can walk to the street: Dias Ferreira, where there are bars and restaurants. Taxi stand nearby. Leila is very friendly and cordial, always communicates, and responds quickly.

Juliene’s place was absolutely stunning. The view, the hospitality, everything went beyond our expectation. The host was so friendly and responsive!

Great rental! We absolutely loved it! The unit is safe, clean, secure and looks exactly like the pictures! Very beautiful! We stayed for over 2 weeks and was very comfortable! Anya and Yan were great hosts and communicated timely which was super helpful being our first time in Brazil. The community is super safe. The staff at the community was helpful and patient as we do not speak Portuguese. Highly recommend! You will be very happy you picked this spot!

The space is impeccable. We love the locality, great infrastructure. We received all the instructions clearly, everything went very well.

Ninna's apartment was perfect for our short stay in Rio de Janeiro. The place was clean and well presented and had plenty of beds and bathrooms for 5 of us. We loved the living area, fabulous views from the balconies and how safe it felt. We had no issues getting taxis and it's well situated to access anything you might want to see in Rio. We enjoyed getting pizza from Mamma Rosa at the bottom of the road one evening. There's a decent shop a short walk away if you need to buy groceries too. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent apartment! Everything is new! Great space! Equipped rooms. And the icing on the cake; a Jacuzzi in the living room !

Sergio's apartment is a real refuge! The room and living room are very spacious and the view is simply stunning - the Lagoon with the Corcovado and the Dois Irmãos in the background is a postcard setting. The apartment is beautiful and well decorated, and the building is elegant and well located. Although I noticed a little street noise due to busy traffic, it didn't stop me from enjoying the beauty of the place. I would definitely return to this apartment!
