Apartment vacation rentals in Brazil

Let’s start off with, if you’re reading this book it before it’s gone! This is 10/10 bnb. one of the absolute best Air BNB I’ve stayed in. As we’re arriving from the states we arrived early. John and Charlotte made it possible for us to check in early! Huge help as we’re staying for two weeks and had lots of luggage! At arrival they had snacks, fruits, and cookies for us! First thing you see when you arrive is the beautiful view from the main window in the living room. We got the choice on how to set up the bedrooms! It was perfect as we were a large group. From John’s bnb there so many places to eat and even more as John provided many restaurants on a list for us! John and charlotte are super attentive. Twice we called them by accident and they responded writhin seconds to see if we were okay! Lastly our last day was Sunday and our flights weren’t till 9 pm! John allowed us to stay till we left at 6! Thank you again John and everyone from the door staff to charlotte! Obrigado🙏🏽 10/

I loved the apartment

Adriana welcomed us very well and was very quick in the requests we had. The time turned and soon she brought more covers for us, it was also very attentive with the details of the house and entry and exit. Airbnb is on a calm street and a quiet beach. The neighborhood is great, with several shops and restaurants.

The place is great for a couple. There is no much room for another adult or child in the apartment. Location is great, Iran is a great host. There are two points to consider that it is not on the specs for the place: a) the apartment is facing south which makes it very hot most of the day and there is only one air conditioner in the bedroom (window type); b) only after the contact with the host for the arrival we were informed that there would be an extra cost for the electrical bill, to be determined at the check out. It is not a big deal but I believe it should be on the specs for the rental.

My second stay at this apartment and it was as fantastic as my last stay. Carlos is a real gentleman who really cares and looks after his guests. He left provisions for a few days which was much appreciated after a long flight. He checked in regularly to make sure that all was ok. The apartment is well located with an amazing view. It is walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. The pool is well maintained and very quiet during the week. The daily complementary housekeeping is an added bonus to keep the apartment spotless. It has all the amenities you need to feel right at home. I cannot wait until my next visit. 100% recommended.

Great! The apartment was wonderful because we needed to spend a period of 2 weeks and took care of us perfectly. There is a market in front of the building and for those who like to cook is a differential. The leisure structure is very good. Everything very good!

Great space. You have everything you need and Juceli is a great host. Just warn if you have a problem with the ambient noise, it can be a little noisy since the Department faces the street and the planes pass by. Everything else is spotless.

Great stay at Livia's. The apartment is superb, quiet and bright. The view of the Corcovado is a delight! The restaurants on offer are delicious and lie at the foot of the building. Cristina, the neighbor who manages the apartment, is very friendly and helpful! I would recommend staying in this apartment 200%!

Jose was a wonderful host for a wonderful apartment. It’s at a fantastic location and quite cozy. The amenities were as described and there’s some wonderful restaurants nearby. From this apartment it is very walkable to most of the southzone and the beach is only two blocks away.

Dear Christian! I would like to thank you very much. The questions I had, all the messages you promptly responded. Vc was 10 otherwise vc was 11; Because it gave us excellent tips for walks, I literally felt at home. All very clean, I just have to thank you for your charisma and kindness. I'll be back more often and highly recommend it to everyone.

The apartment is impeccable, it smelled! No doubt when necessary we will return again. The checkin is easy to do and we've been very well supported by hosts. We recommend with your eyes closed.

We loved this Airbnb! My husband and I were working remotely during our stay so we spent a lot of time in Celia’s home and it was perfect. WiFi was amazing, the natural light was amazing, the neighborhood is amazing. Would absolutely stay again if we’re ever in Rio. Thank you Celia!

We had a great experience during our stay. The structure met all our expectations. The apartment was very well cleaned, organized and with a cozy decor, which made us feel very comfortable from the first moment. The condominium is also very pleasant. The common areas are very well maintained, especially the swimming pools and the leisure area. The gym is excellent and has a good variety of equipment, which was a big plus for those who like to keep up their exercise routine, even when away from home. The host was attentive and available to provide all appropriate information/guidelines. Communication was quick and effective, which made us feel even more comfortable throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this flat to anyone looking for a quiet, well-structured place with great service! Sure, we'll be back for a next chance!

The apartment is even better than what the photos show. Spacious, comfortable, complete apartment with all the necessary equipment and of great quality. Very good showers and gas heating. Clean and organized building, close to the mall. The area is very quiet! I thank César for his kindness and attention throughout our stay. Highly recommended place! Thank you!

The stay was great, all as planned. The space is exactly as in the photos, all very neatly clean and organized. The condominium has a great structure and organization, they value security a lot. No negative considerations to make here!

The apartment is super organized and clean, close to everything, wonderful pools, and a super attentive host. Anyway, I want to go back again.

We loved the stay, but I can't say the same about the co-host Tiago. We had a setback on our trip (which put my life and my wife's life at risk) and Tiago was totally uncompromising, he didn't make it any easier, he's someone who is only after the money, we understand everything about the cancellation rules but there is something called humanity, which he doesn't have. Otherwise the flat is perfect, now if it depends on him understanding something that might happen to you and you need to cancel, forget it, inhumane person.

The accommodation is beautiful, just like the photos. It's very welcoming, I didn't miss anything. Extremely clean and tidy. Ruhan was very attentive and quick to answer. The stay is well worth the stay.
