Honest hosting, which delivers what you propose. For another R$20, there is breakfast available. The location is excellent, very close to Boa Viagem beach.

I'm delighted with my stay at Julia's! She was very available to answer my questions! I think this place is great for short stays but also for longer stays. It is quite well located with access to the metro within a 3 minute walk. Common areas are clean. The room is ok, not very large but sufficient for one person. The bed is not the most comfortable but again, it remains correct.

I WILL RETURN FOR SURE! What an amazing experience. If you're looking for a place in Rio (mostly, if you're going completely ALONE/O for the FIRST TIME, as I was) I don't recommend any other place than Chez Zany. I went to do a college entrance exam in Rio, so it needs to be quiet and rest well, after the entrance exam I was 4 more days (5 days in all). And in the shared room, I got this rest without problems; the bed is very comfortable and clean, the air conditioning freezes well, it's a quiet place. The house has a unique charm, is well organized, close to markets, pharmacies, restaurants, subway and easy access to Uber. The girls, who are volunteers (and the guests too), have always been VERY kind, understanding, hospitable, friendly. A Dri even fulfilled a dream of mine, taking me to samba school (IT WAS AMAZING). Chez Zany has fully met my expectations. As I said, I have no doubt that I will come back often.

I felt at home, great connection with people, I made friends, no doubt when I return to the river, I already know where to stay!

Me and my wife are very happy and satisfied with the experience could have stayed in the house of Claudio; the description of the room was faithful. Claudio gave us many recommendations of places to visit. We appreciate his kindness very much. The neighborhood where is located the room is one block from the subway Flamengo, on a main road with many amenities and nearby attractions can be visited with security.
