Good communication with hosts I make it easy for us to check out late for an appropriate price. An ideal location. Same as seen in the images, it even seemed wider than in the photos. The only thing next door had noises and music that was heard a lot from our apt, we don't bother us but maybe someone who wants more peace of mind if.

Rosa was one of the sweetest hosts that I ever had in my life!!!! Such a sweet soul. She helped me with recommendations all around Rio de Janeiro (food, activities etc) - just wow. Very recommended! <3

Recomento! Quiet place and well located!

Location is great, it is in a very safe place and with a family atmosphere. We really like the restaurant that is in the building itself, with fair prices and excellent menu. The only thing I didn't try to know before is that the parking space would have to be paid separately, and I was not notified in advance (at least it was a fair price). The city was packed by the time I chose to travel on a holiday, but the location in a gated community with all the amenities made it worth it for the safety and tranquility, only the price was a little higher than usual. The room is not spacious but nothing that would compromise the stay. Anyway, I would come back!

Amazing location. The neighborhood is charming, with a lot of restaurants and things to do. Thais was a great host, very flexible with the check in and check out. We definitely recommend her place.

A very nice and comfortable place, Alessandra is always very predisposed to make the accommodation easy, safe and comfortable. Everything is perfect !!

The apartment delivers what it promises. The host is informative and quick. The location is exceptional. My only observation/wish, applicable to longer stays, is that towels could be exchanged at no additional cost between a shorter period. 4 days would be good. 7 days is a long time.

We really enjoyed the place. Our son loved the pool and my husband loved the co-working space. The apartment had everything we needed and we were satisfied. Pity we didn't use the grill outside! Yes, the windows looks to the wall of the next building but it didn't bother us too much because the apartment still had plenty of sunlight. The kitchen was well equiped. Carlos was always responsive and check-in was easy. The neighborhood is okay (the Lapa arches area is dirty but we didn't mind too much) plenty of stuff to do and great bars and restaurants nearby. On Sundays there's a great street market nearby. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Everything was very good, from the apartment to the building which has very good services. The only comment is that chairs would be missing to eat all three comfortable on the table. Everything else is fine!

Excellent stay, the space is to the extent for those who need to stay a few days in Rio and want to eventually cook... The location is perfect, close to everything that has best in Ipanema and very close to the beach, too! Alessandra is a superhost, fast on call and very kind!

My stay was amazing! The space is comfortable, well decorated and clean. The location is excellent, with easy access to Copacabana beach, restaurants and transportation. Also, the host was very attentive and helpful, making my experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone looking for a cozy, well-located place! I only have one negative point: the pillows could be new and soft, but this is something minimal through incredible lodging.

The suite is great! It has everything we need. Voltaria for sure!
