Excellent location, we walked to Rock in Rio in about 10/15 minutes, without perrengues. And besides the room is great, with minibar, microwave and air conditioning. The building is awesome too! Having a convenience/grocery store and a great, affordable restaurant on the front side. So overall, it was all very practical.

Location is great, it is in a very safe place and with a family atmosphere. We really like the restaurant that is in the building itself, with fair prices and excellent menu. The only thing I didn't try to know before is that the parking space would have to be paid separately, and I was not notified in advance (at least it was a fair price). The city was packed by the time I chose to travel on a holiday, but the location in a gated community with all the amenities made it worth it for the safety and tranquility, only the price was a little higher than usual. The room is not spacious but nothing that would compromise the stay. Anyway, I would come back!

Very well located apartment, one block from the beach, near the subway and places to eat. The janitors ,very friendly, the same the people of the grooming. The apartment is very well equipped, comfortable, complies with everything offered in the publication, 100% recommended.

I found well cared for, including bedding and towels. I would very much like to stay on this ap on a trip to Rio. yes, wonderful view. well-equipped kitchen.. anyway... td apartment. well-maintained tbm building, clean corridors.. I recommend ...

Alessandra’s place is very roomy and in a great location between Copacabana and Ipanema beach. Alessandra was very helpful with all my questions and responded back very quickly. I would stay here again! Thank you again Alessandra!

Best location in Rio. Alessandra is so friendly and requests. The apartment is simple but comfortable. It's well worth the hosting.

great location, the location was clean and communication throughout the stay was easy, we had a problem with the air conditioning that was promptly resolved. I only call attention to the check-in time, we were in 3 people and even one of her having already checked in, when I arrived at about 2:00 am I could not get in because the gate closes this time, the other guest came down to open and we were both locked outside, because the TAG did not work in the electronic lock until 03:00, when the gatehouse reopens.
