Good communication with hosts I make it easy for us to check out late for an appropriate price. An ideal location. Same as seen in the images, it even seemed wider than in the photos. The only thing next door had noises and music that was heard a lot from our apt, we don't bother us but maybe someone who wants more peace of mind if.

No problems, would stay again

Excellent location, we walked to Rock in Rio in about 10/15 minutes, without perrengues. And besides the room is great, with minibar, microwave and air conditioning. The building is awesome too! Having a convenience/grocery store and a great, affordable restaurant on the front side. So overall, it was all very practical.

Location is great, it is in a very safe place and with a family atmosphere. We really like the restaurant that is in the building itself, with fair prices and excellent menu. The only thing I didn't try to know before is that the parking space would have to be paid separately, and I was not notified in advance (at least it was a fair price). The city was packed by the time I chose to travel on a holiday, but the location in a gated community with all the amenities made it worth it for the safety and tranquility, only the price was a little higher than usual. The room is not spacious but nothing that would compromise the stay. Anyway, I would come back!

Thaís is an excellent host, the apartment is excellent with good air conditioning. The location is amazing and it's very safe. We shall be back !

The apartment is great for short and medium stay, I worked remotely for the whole period and I didn't have any problems, good internet. Checkin easy, responsive host. Great location in ipanema. The only thing that could improve is the cleaning options, as it was a hotel room service still remains, daily goes a maid to clean floors and trash. But it does not always pass or not always you can, ai you go uncleaned, house with sand, etc. If I had only one broom in the apt, I would have solved it.

The apartment delivers what it promises. The host is informative and quick. The location is exceptional. My only observation/wish, applicable to longer stays, is that towels could be exchanged at no additional cost between a shorter period. 4 days would be good. 7 days is a long time.

The apartment perfectly met our expectations and needs during our stay, the location is good, very close to the center and with bars and restaurants nearby, we booked to stay during the Spanta Festival, which was excellent because the apartment is very close to Marina da Glória. Another positive point, Carlos was very clear in the instructions, and was able to clear the entrance to the building before check-in time until the room was ready. We will definitely be back.

We stayed for a week in the apartment and it was an excellent choice. The host provides good information and communication is smooth. Location is great, with markets and pharmacy very close by. We approve the experience. The ap. is clean and with a variety of utensils. For those who are going to stay for several days this is great... Just an addendum. It does not have access to the pool as the ad itself indicates, and, it seems, it has been closed for a long time. Everything else is quiet.

Excellent stay, the space is to the extent for those who need to stay a few days in Rio and want to eventually cook... The location is perfect, close to everything that has best in Ipanema and very close to the beach, too! Alessandra is a superhost, fast on call and very kind!

Alessandra was amazing. The townhouse helped us all the time, placed us in a property far superior to what we thought. The city served us with great promptness and cordiality. It was a differential in our stay.

I liked it a lot, the room is comfortable, the air conditioning took a little to freeze the room because it was a very hot night, but then in the morning it was very cold, until I felt cold, the pillows, I think they should be changed, because they are a little low and I like higher pillows, the shower is tasty, the water heats well, the staff of the building are very kind, I felt well received, the convenience of the garage in the building, for me it was a very positive point, the location of the property is excellent, in front of Recreio Shopping, just cross the street and vc is at the mall, where there are several options of restaurants and even a supermarket, several options for driving at the door, including BRT.
