The home of Rogério and Beatriz is charming, it is not for nothing that all the reviews are positive, she says everything. Absurdly beautiful, clean and cozy and has all the utensils necessary for a great stay. We feel very well accommodated, I recommend it to everyone without any complaints.

Luciano was very kind, always communicating with us when necessary and concerned with welcoming us in comfort. The house was extremely clean, I venture to say that it was the cleanest airbnb house I've ever stayed on (and it's been more than 30 homes over the years). The towels were impeccable with clean linens, bedding, floors, bathrooms... The super-equipped kitchen, with airfryer, microwave, blender, gril, juice juicer, piqueira, water filter and other things. Everything works properly and very clean. The external space is beautiful, also very well equipped, with refrigerator, freezer, table, chairs, sink and a great grill (which, by the way, we use). The pool is huge and was very clean. In short, the house is beautiful, airy, well equipped, clean, with good beds and with an excellent host. I hope to rent it again until the end of our postgraduate degree.

The house is simply wonderful, very comfortable and had everything that I and my family needed. Eduardo (owner) was always very kind and promptly removed all the doubts we had regarding the house. During the stay we were helped by Uiliam and Mônica, houseworkers, who made our days even better, they were love and without them the experience would be incomplete

We were looking for a quiet place to enjoy a peaceful family holiday and that's what we found. We already knew the condominium, the view is incredible and being able to watch both the sunrise and sunset from the balcony is spectacular. The house was impeccably clean and had all the basics we needed in the kitchen. Beds are delicious! We were not lucky enough to use the pool because we got colder days, but our baby enjoyed the bathtub with warm water. We were hoping for sun, but we loved the stay anyway! The hosts responded to us super fast when we made contact and were super nice. We're back home and miss the view of the mountains :)

I spent some wonderful days in this house. The information was accurate and the response to my questions was quick. Both Ricardo, the owner, and João were very friendly and helpful during our stay. If you're looking for tranquility in a wonderful place in the countryside, this is a good option.

Since the consultation, Guedes responded promptly and kindly. After we made the reservation, Guedes got in touch to provide clear and accurate guidance. The instructions for arriving at the location were perfect. The house itself is wonderful, with a very beautiful view, plenty of space, amenities and comfort. We were able to enjoy all the leisure space, both adults and children had a great time! The caretakers were very kind, helped us and attended to us promptly in everything that was needed. I would definitely come back!

The property is a paradise!! sleep with the noise of the river passing through the property and in the midst of nature is delicious. I recommend to those who want rest and peace in the midst of nature, but with the amenities of the proximity of the center of Teresópolis

Simply amazing! The house is a true refuge in the middle of the forest, with total privacy and a wonderful backyard. One of the great highlights is the private waterfall in the backyard — a rare privilege! In addition, the main waterfalls of the region are only 3 and 6 minutes by car, which makes it much easier for tours. The house was super clean, as was the pool, which shows the care for maintenance. The host, Márcio, was excellent from start to finish — super attentive, communicative and flexible with check-in and checkout times, which made all the difference in our stay. No doubt I will return! A unique experience of connecting with nature, comfort and tranquility.

Second time we were in the house. We're already thinking about the third. Do I need to say more? rsrs... The place is pleasant. I recommend with great commitment. No suggestions for improvement. I loved my experience at Casa Leve. The house is exactly like in the pictures, simple, beautiful and cozy. Ideal place to rest. We had some setbacks with the light of the region, but Bruna quickly responded to what gave us a lot of tranquility until it was solved. We received instructions to get there, a pdf with everything we could need. Boa internet, the house does not have a TV, so we took a projector and played the image to the white wall of the room and it was sensational. A good delivery option that allowed us to enjoy the house itself a lot. My dogs loved the space too, enjoyed a lot of freedom through the fenced backyard!

Everything impeccable! I only have compliments, the house is perfect, cozy, it feels like we are in our house (in every way). The house was extremely clean, all smelly and neat. All thought with great affection and care. It has everything we need for everyday life, the kitchen is super-equipped. It's all wonderful! I and my family have already left wanting to come back and we will definitely come back. Thanks Mathilde and Juliana, you're special!

The house is very tasty. The outside area is the heart of the house, wrapped in a spectacular green. The house had everything we needed. It was very clean and is very cozy. André was very helpful and kind. Worth a lot. There is still Maria that in addition to going there every day within the contract to give a tidy, we hired as a cook. And it was great. We're back already wanting to go back.

Samantha's house is exactly like in the pictures. Super welcoming, pleasant and impeccable cleaning. Kitchen well-equipped with all the necessary utensils. We were greeted by Adriana who was super polite. Samantha and Adriana always proactive, quick and super polite responses. We will definitely return at another time.

We arrived home now and are still carrying the good energies of the place. Our stay was wonderful! We would like to first thank you all for your attention and kindness! Daniel, Suzana, Bárbara, Gabriel and everyone involved with the site. The place is an amazing place to connect with nature it is surrounded by a beautiful forest. Our children loved being able to have this contact with nature! there were many things to do, such as the Beach tennis court/ Football, fishing, walking around the place and picking up countless fruits that had or cool off in the waterfall pool. In addition to the trail that at the end has a beautiful viewpoint where our children planted two trees.

Perfect place to relax and rest , plenty of space , various games for the people to be distracted , extremely clean place. Patrícia is an excellent host , she answered clearly , gave tips of what to do , very receptive , she still left us a basket with some snacks and drinks , very kind , I will surely come back more often .

Perfection is here ! There are many names: sophistication, exuberance, cleanliness, clarity, magnitude, and many other adjectives! We are perplexed by Félix's house. I felt so at home, it's hard to describe !! Wonderful bed linens and towels, better than many hotels around the world!! The layout and decor of the house's furniture is so delicate !!! I didn't feel like leaving and I'm thinking of returning within a month! I've always rented houses at ICC, the comment of the trip in general unanimously is that this was the best !! I rested my mind and heart, the house is better than in the photos, and compact but large at the same time, it brought back childhood memories!!! Anyway... I'm very happy with my weekend!! Eliane was very helpful from the very first moment. The house is very nice, it seemed bigger than in the photos. The space where the pool is located overlooks nature, too bad it was cold when we went. We found the house comfortable and clean. I recommend it!

The location given by Aibnb (via GoogleMaps) is not correct. Were the instructions of Mr. Rocha that made it possible for us to get home. The place is very nice, Mr. Rocha was very receptive, kind and friendly. The place held 20 people well without problems. The place has steep climbs that can be difficult for the elderly. But overall, it was wonderful.
