Pearl has always been a great host I have rented her place a few time. I came back multiple time because I feel home. So I didn’t want to try any other places. Her locations was Amazing. Always 5 start for me

This is a beautiful old house! Definitely be mindful of the location when you’re booking, it’s a great location if you’re looking to go out and walk around, but the music from the bars was quite loud until very late at night. It wasn’t really an issue for us, but if you’re looking for a quieter scene, it’s something to be aware of! Very cute house, a little quirky! We had a wonderful stay

This home was absolutely perfect! Kay was super communicative as a host and so sweet to leave a few extra local goodies for us upon arrival. Our family felt so comfortable in the space and the property was beautiful. An amazing stay and an excuse to go to Virginia again!

I liked the place very much, I felt like I was at home, it is very clean, comfortable, and there are many places to visit in the vicinity. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again if I am in Richmond.

Stayed at the Duck Blind for the weekend, the house was perfect for my husband and I. Very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

What a lovely place! The blue bungalow is so stylish and artistic ! The owner is super friendly and responsive. Everything is sparkling clean. We had never stayed at the North Side before and we fell in love with the neighborhood! Kristy’s boutique is in walking distance and it’s super cute as well. We also loved the Stir Crazy Cafe for lattes and biscuits in the morning. I highly recommend this listing

This place was the perfect location for an easy drive to our daughter's wedding venue at Historic Jasmine. The house was extremely roomy, had everything we needed for our family. Kitchen is stocked with whatever you need. Interior doors, cabinets, bathrooms, etc were clearly marked. Awesome parking area. We had a U-Haul trailer with us and the circle driveway worked out perfectly for easy coming and going. Very clean. Highly recommend this place.

Comfortable home that was exactly what my family needed. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Shower on the first floor is my favorite of any place I’ve stayed. Maria was always responsible and was flexible my with requests.

This place was great! The location makes it easy to get to many places in Richmond quickly and it was a perfect location for a family wedding in nearby Maymont. The house is beautiful and the furnishings very comfortable. The pool was a special bonus - lovely and relaxing with incredible plantings. Clearly a lot of time was spent considering what guests might want. I just wish we'd had more time to enjoy it.

Good communication, great value, and flexible with a small adjustment that was needed. I would definitely stay there again.

Wow! What a wonderful place to spend a few days!! The Resort certainly lives up to its name. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed every detail that was meticulously prepared for us. The host was more than helpful and accommodating for our group of 5 which included two teenagers and my mom who benefited from the accessible floorplan. The weather was perfect for the pool too. Thank YOU and we cannot wait to return the next time we are visiting family in Richmond.

This house is awesome. It's huge and priced very competitively. It did have issues, but they didn't bother us too much. If you're expecting perfection from a home this size, at this location at this price, you're not being reasonable. For our needs, it was PERFECT.

A perfect house to hangout and grill by the pool, and play pool. 😉 We had a blast celebrating our bestfriends bachelor party. The house is spacious and roomy!

Great home in Richmond. Loved being tucked away on a nice residential street while being so close to so much. Roseanne provides a lovely home for some peaceful R & R.

We enjoyed our stay at the James! It had so much character and charm. The property is beautiful. The horses were friendly! Everything was as described and Ellen was responsive. We would definitely stay there again!

House and ground were beautiful! The vast estate was very well manicured and well kept. It was a unique house being 160 years old and having the kitchen in a separate house but did enjoy the time era furniture. House had been updated and was done well. Fireplaces in all rooms was awesome even though we only used the one in the kitchen as the pilot light wasn’t lit in the others. House had all of the items needed for a vacation and we would go back in the future if we are in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at Tracy and Bob's home! It was spacious, beautifully maintained, and full of historic charm. The location was ideal — right across from William Byrd Park and a 15-minute walk to Carytown, offering the best of both city and nature. The space had plenty of parking and excellent amenities, and our hosts were incredibly friendly, responsive, and flexible. It was the perfect spot for our bachelorette getaway. This beautiful home was exactly what I needed to house my extended family to be close to a graduation venue. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! They were so helpful in EVERY way, truly going above and beyond. Older homes have character, and upkeep can be a challenge. However, here the interior was spotless, and exceeded my expectations, 10/10. The exterior had a couple spots that could use attention, but was overall very nice. Beds: quality mattresses, linens, and pillows! Even the day bed downstairs was super comfy. Kitchen: clean and well-stocked. All the essentials and some extras were available. Backyard: amazing! We made use of as much as we could, weather permitting. The gazebo is a lovely place to gather. And the pickleball court—OMG—we literally spent hours on it! We also played corn hole and other games. All in all, a fantastic weekend, and this home is at the top of my list for Richmond. I would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Amazing stay. House is so well kept and clean. Perfect location for exploring Richmond - easy walk to the best bars and restaurants. Great dog walking! Really lovely neighborhood. Can’t recommend enough - Patrick was especially helpful and communicative.
