Solid stay, as advertised!

Would definitely stay here again! Perfect spot for a week of exploring the city. Large, comfortable space with thoughtful amenities. The location was nearby many convenient hot spots, while being removed enough to be quiet from street noise. Cherrie was kind and responsive, making the entire stay easy!

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The hosts we super flexible and the communication was great. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. And the directions to check in were very easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting Richmond!

ended up arriving late in Richmond and Shaniesha was very helpful with checking in after hours to gain access to the building and apartment. very clean, large space for relaxing in multiple rooms. will be staying again in the future.

Nicole was so great and responsive! The place was clean and cozy; high tech; and had an awesome view of the James river. She gave us a few recommendations and responded to any questions we had immediately. Hope to come back and visit again!!

the location was PRIME! Easy access to everything we needed within a walkable distance. The only thing I'd say, because I saw some back and forth on previous comments is that parking IS NOT in the completely empty parking directly behind the building. it is a block over. From the entrance of the building, if you turn around and face Perly's- across the street, you'd go right down Grace (a 1 way st), through one light, and find your parking area on the right. Once we figured that out everything was amazing. like I said before, PRIME location, good restaurants and venues in walking distance

The place is big and was perfect for our office party. Everybody enjoyed their stay and had everything we needed. We will be back definitely in the summer.

Erynn, Andrew and Vino are the best family i have ever come across Air BnB. Their treatment to us was over the top. Details, warmth welcoming and care. I honestly felt true family love. So much i invited them whenever they want to come visit us in Dominican Republic. Their home and themselves are over the top. True family.

Ahad is very responsive and very helpful. The space is nice and private parking is reliable. The house is very clean and has tons of space for luggage. The area is quiet as well

I've stayed at quite a few AirBnbs. Some have been ultra luxe, some have been bare minimum types where I couldn't wait to check out. Others, like Jennifer's, feel like my own house. This place is just so comfortable. It reminds me of what AirBnb is supposed to be: people opening up their homes for others so that a stay away from home still feels like home. My family and I loved staying here. It was close to everywhere we wanted to get to and my kids loved the pets, which were easy to care for. It was nice to have exercise equipment available and the fenced backyard and trampoline and playground were a big plus for my kids. Jennifer was a flexible host who made sure I had all the info available to me that I needed. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful property and very comfortable. John was very friendly and helpful. The tour was definitely needed as there are many, many light switches in the house and neat features we wouldn’t have known about otherwise. Great place to stay and would definitely come again!

We could not get the shower to work.

Laila made me feel at home from the very beginning. The house had tags around the kitchen, bathroom, and other areas; so the guests could have simple and easy instructions and remainders. During my stay, she always helped me with anything I needed, had great chats together and she really cared for my well being. She's one of the most caring, loving and kind people I've ever met. I know it's sometimes difficult to find both a good place and a good host, so if you are looking for that then Laila's place is just your perfect fit!

Excellent place that we would definitely be interested in staying at again when visiting Richmond. Was noticeably bigger than pictured, so room was not an issue. A great find!!!
