High speed Wi-Fi throughout the whole house. 5 minutes to Publix, Kroger, Whole foods and restaurants. 3mins to I-195 and 64 major freeway and highway.

New apartment with brand new kitchen/appliances, bathroom, and television. Very comfortable space that is very well decorated and furnished. Close to MCV/VCU, Convention center, Fan, Downtown and Northside destinations.

This place was very clean and super nice !! It’s in such a nice little area of Richmond with great restaurants in walking distance. Very quiet too which was amazing for me and my group. Mark was very nice and very helpful with any issues we had and making sure we were comfortable. Only complaints I have with this property is parking. It’s super tight and difficult to get into the spot, it wasn’t too much of a hassle for me and my group as we didn’t drive around the city at all the weekend we stayed. But do keep in mind if you plan to stay here and drive around a lot, you’ll need to be careful pulling in and out of the spot. I’d definitely stay here again it was super cute and nice !! Very cozy :) <3

The apartment served as a great base to explore Richmond for the weekend. We had a car, which was helpful for us for this location because there were a lot of areas around the city we wanted to see, and we found free street parking easily every night on N Jefferson Street. Mark and Tommy were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The apartment is spacious and comfortable for two people. Overall, we had a positive experience here, but just to note: if you’re a light sleeper, there is a lot of street noise throughout the night on W Broad Street that can be heard from the bedroom.

We were super happy with our stay! Enjoyed the extra space, comfy firm mattress and nice sheets, and the luxury of a washer/dryer that we used. Thankful for the laundry detergent gels as we couldn’t find ours. Nice shower head with hot water. We could hear footsteps of those above us at times but it didn’t bother us. Sensitive people who need absolute silence should not stay here. Loved the pretty fireplaces and beautiful room rugs. We were self-sufficient and didn’t need any more help from Mark. Was pleased with his communications and clear instructions! Pretty neighborhood and if you walk out the front door and go right you will soon be walking through VCU campus. A 7-11 also a short walk in that direction. We enjoyed miles of walking around the beautiful historic city!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay! The location was great; so many restaurants, art galleries, coffee shops, thrift shops and other fun shops in walking distance. We hardly even used our vehicle. The apartment felt very welcoming and had everything we needed ie wine opener (very important), eating utensils, it has a full kitchen. Mark and Tommy were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I will fair warn, the apartment is on a Main Street so you could hear some of the traffic but it was nothing that kept us up at night, in fact we were able watch the Christmas parade from our window which was such a fun surprise! (: We would absolutely stay here again.
