Monthly Rentals in Murcia

Room and apartment quite complete a lot of light and quiet, in my opinion I would put some extra pillow for the bed but everything else very well

We stayed in the apartment in Murcia for one week at the end of February 2025, arriving by train from Valencia. The flat is located only a few minutes walk from the train station - very convenient for day trips that we took to Cartagena and Alicante (both recommended). Oscar was super easy to reach and interact with. He met us on arrival and explained everything about the apartment and Murcia in general. Oscar was very engaging and went above and beyond taking time to answer all of our questions. He also booked a taxi for us on our departure day, as we were taking a bus to Malaga. Exceptional hosting! The apartment is well laid out and outfitted. The decor is modern and ecclectic. Mattress is firm - which is what we like. No balcony, but there's a rooftop space to hang your wash. Location is great. There's a grocery store on the corner as you exit the building, and much more on offer close by in barrio El Carmen. The historic centre is an easy walk (10 minutes), just over the river. T

100% perfect. Marta and Fran were great hosts.

The only thing is wrong with the stairs but already warn previously of it, so otherwise incredible very chulo and very good. In summer quite hot but otherwise great there is air and everything 100% recommended
