excellent location, easy to reach by walking from the bus terminal. the place is very quiet, tidy and clean. the rooms are spacious. the showers and bathrooms are separately, that gives more privacy and comfort. it is in the heart of the city center. many tourist spots steps away. emilia was friendly and predisposed.

Not at all an automatic listing, the owners are quite real, welcoming and helpful. We spent a relaxing week in the quiet of this town a little out of the way (maybe it's missing a convenience store). If you don't have a uncle from Spain, Jorge and his wife can give you the illusion. The apartment is in the colorful part of the house, the owners live in the glass part and cohabitation around the swimming pool is easy and friendly. Only small downside, the kitchen of the adjoining restaurant warms the rooms that are upstairs but, you can sleep with the windows wide open without fear of noise and insects.

The best location, everything was described by Emilia, she was friendly and helpful at all times. Walkable to many areas of interest. If I go back to Murcia I will always stay there.

We couldn’t have asked for more of our stay at Eskapa, Patricia is one of the friendliest, kindest and warmest hosts we had ever stayed with. The property is comfortable and beautifully designed to offer a perfect retreat for a group of friends or family. Every corner of the home has been carefully considered, and the property offers a multitude of places to hang out, break away, relax, as well as various scenic settings to serve group meals with ease. It’s a home away from home, and a place to make happy memories. Patricia has professionally high standards of hospitality, which makes every detail appear catered for (parking, child entertainment, small details in rooms, kitchen supplies for large groups, etc). Her and her family are simply delightful to meet. We felt at ease within minutes of crossing the gate and cannot wait to come back for our next holiday, summer or winter. Latif and Elias's place is fantastic and clean. A beautiful and well-kept outdoor area (garden) with pool for shared use is also available. Private outdoor area with two dining groups. Shopping mall and beach nearby. Latif and Elias are very accommodating hosts. We were made to feel very welcome and there was nothing missing. We used Latif's recommendations (restaurant, parking, excursion tips) and were great.

Great apartment. Spacious, light, very clean with excellent views over the port. Even a little garden for enjoying afternoon winter sun. Everything you need for a long stay. Good area for walking and restaurants, cafes 10 minutes on foot. Nice beaches. Bonus - parking just outside. Daniel responded immediately to any questions. A really good find. Thank you Daniel

A quiet place in nature but with all the comfort and very close to the village. We really liked it, both us and our two dogs who had a great time! Very clean and the bed very comfortable. Ruth is a very friendly and lovely person. We will be back for sure.

Miranda and her husband are very nice and helpful persons. We highly recommend this place. It is not far away from the village, but quel and nice. There is a big parking just nearby.
