Not at all an automatic listing, the owners are quite real, welcoming and helpful. We spent a relaxing week in the quiet of this town a little out of the way (maybe it's missing a convenience store). If you don't have a uncle from Spain, Jorge and his wife can give you the illusion. The apartment is in the colorful part of the house, the owners live in the glass part and cohabitation around the swimming pool is easy and friendly. Only small downside, the kitchen of the adjoining restaurant warms the rooms that are upstairs but, you can sleep with the windows wide open without fear of noise and insects.

The best location, everything was described by Emilia, she was friendly and helpful at all times. Walkable to many areas of interest. If I go back to Murcia I will always stay there.

A perfect place to relax and spend a few quiet days with friends. The house is spacious, very cared for and has everything you need to not have to worry about more than enjoying the large pool and relaxing. James, our host, was super friendly and was always attentive to our needs. Súper.

Francisco, his wife and their children are very kind and helpful at all times. A very quiet area and not very walkable. Very close to supermarkets and the center of Murcia. We would repeat for everything!! ☺️

We stayed at José Luis's house 3 days, 2 nights. We loved it. We wanted to get out of the routine and disconnect and that's what we did. The pool, the garden and the house, a pass. My b***h has also had a bombshell. In the mornings José Luis brought us fruit from his field, a charm! Thank you very much for everything!

We couldn’t have asked for more of our stay at Eskapa, Patricia is one of the friendliest, kindest and warmest hosts we had ever stayed with. The property is comfortable and beautifully designed to offer a perfect retreat for a group of friends or family. Every corner of the home has been carefully considered, and the property offers a multitude of places to hang out, break away, relax, as well as various scenic settings to serve group meals with ease. It’s a home away from home, and a place to make happy memories. Patricia has professionally high standards of hospitality, which makes every detail appear catered for (parking, child entertainment, small details in rooms, kitchen supplies for large groups, etc). Her and her family are simply delightful to meet. We felt at ease within minutes of crossing the gate and cannot wait to come back for our next holiday, summer or winter. Latif and Elias's place is fantastic and clean. A beautiful and well-kept outdoor area (garden) with pool for shared use is also available. Private outdoor area with two dining groups. Shopping mall and beach nearby. Latif and Elias are very accommodating hosts. We were made to feel very welcome and there was nothing missing. We used Latif's recommendations (restaurant, parking, excursion tips) and were great.

I've had a great time to disconnect and relax. Miranda, her husband and little Vivi are a charm, super friendly and quiet. The other guests were also super kind and polite. A super recommended setting of 10. Thank you very much for everything
