Great cozy place in an extremely convenient neighbourhood. Amir has been extremely responsive host and had shared most of the information proactively. The restaurant deals were quite helpful as well. Kids loved the projector setup and we had a great time there.

Nick's place was beautiful, close to Seattle city center. would highly recommend

Beautiful home and good location! Mary and her team were very accommodating, provided a pack and play, high chair and baby gates for our little one. The extra toys and books for the kids were also a nice addition. Parking space was too small for our vehicles but we managed okay with street parking. We were very pleased with the place and very grateful to have found it for our stay! Thank you for being wonderful hosts!

Host was very responsive when there were any questions and was very accommodating with check-in and check-out.

I stayed here with my family (all adults) over the holidays. The house was well appointed (except for a dinner table -- it does have a kitchen breakfast bar). The host was responsive. The house is located in a very walkable area, close to lots of activities, restaurants and coffee shops.

Wonderful communication by the host. The accommodations were very well maintained. Location is ideal for enjoying all Capitol Hill has to offer. Would eagerly stay again in the future

Ali’s place was the perfect place for me as I helped my youngest move from home, a few states away, to the U District. It’s cozy and private, with easy access to all the neighborhoods in the Seattle core. Ali was quick to respond to my few questions during the stay. I plan to stay there again when I come back to visit.

Heberto's townhome was as it was described and as pictured. It had all the amenities listed. It was within walking distance to all the places I needed. It was a great place to be able to unwind, relax, and wonderful getaway. Most definitely would stay again.

Really enjoyed staying here. The hosts were very helpful and proactive when an unexpected issue came up. Would stay here again! It is a townhouse, so it would not be a good fit for folks who don't want to walk up and down stairs a lot.

Our family of 7 stayed here for a Thanksgiving getaway. We very much enjoyed Leo's place. Parking was very easy and the location was great. There was plenty of space for everyone and a nice large table for dining with a large group. The welcome gift was a nice surprise as well! The kitchen was fairly well stocked for cooking a large meal. Leo was very responsive to any issues we communicated during our stay.

We had a Celebration of Life for a family member over the weekend, and we stayed at Izzy and Emmy's place. It was perfect for us. The location was great and the place had everything we needed for our stay.

Very nice and affordable. Location is what it is, but what I will say is the ability to get to any of the major medical centers in 5 minutes or less is why we stayed in this location. Host was great house was awesome and served as a nice home base for me and the wife.

The house was beautiful and tidy, located near many attractions, which made the trip less stressful. Ricardo responded quickly, and the house is equipped with everything you need; the beds are super comfortable.

We had an awesome stay at Andrew’s place. It’s a really cute and unique townhouse in a great neighborhood close to Seattle’s biggest landmarks.

It was a very good place to spend 10 days at. Clean and convinient。 There is free parking a bit tight but instruction was clear. So not a big issue unless you have a very long truck. I had a pick up for the first couple days and decided to switch to a minivan instead, all worked out good. Safeway store is half mile away. Pizza restaraunt cross the street. It worth the money paid.

Feng’s house was perfect! It was an excellent location, easy to access, and in a very pretty neighborhood. The beds were all very comfortable and we loved the big open living room and kitchen. It was so easy for our group to hang out together in the space and catch up! We also loved the rooftop, which had a gorgeous view and was so nice, even in January.

David and Stacia’s house in the heart of Capitol Hill is a Gem. We were lucky enough to enjoy clear blue winter skies and the light in the spacious living room/ kitchen area was superb. Three separate bathrooms made our 3 generations family stay a dream. To top it off, the house is stocked to the brim with everything you need, in the kitchen, bathroom including the laundry area. Highly recommend this house to visit Seattle 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩.

Amanda's place is comfortable and well appointed. It is always spotless with plenty of necessary items like shopping bags, dish soap, towels and more. It is easy to park, has a washer/dryer and air conditioning. On our second visit there we have begun to see its convenience. It is walkable to a great supermarket for prepared foods and groceries. A restaurant, pharmacy and coffee shops only a few blocks away. We will always choose this location for our Seattle trips.

I had an incredible stay at this property! The place was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished and thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities one could need. The coffee station was a standout feature, offering a perfect way to start the day. I also appreciated the small but meaningful touches, like the makeup remover and cotton rounds provided in the bathrooms—such a considerate detail! The attention to detail and care put into this space truly made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend staying here!

Karl's place was great for our stay. Pros: -Awesome view of the city skyline from the private rooftop deck -Very clean -Nice downstairs bathroom with heated flooring and a large shower / tub -Awesome upstairs bathroom with HUGE soaking tub and separate shower -Modern appliances, nice cozy living space -Having a bedroom / bathroom on the main floor, then kitchen / living room on 2nd floor, and the main bedroom / bathroom on the top floor created a nice privacy buffer between ourselves and our friends -Even though the weather was too chilly to fully utilize the rooftop deck, I would say it would be an amazing amenity in warmer weather To note: -While there are 2 parking spots available (the garage and the driveway), only a smaller sedan./ car would fit into the driveway (it will not fit a very large car or SUV). Just thought that was an important distinction to make This place was a great stay with great hosts! Would stay again, for sure!

This is a great place. Highly recommended. It was great to be able to walk to Madison Park. The house is clean and comfortable. The hosts are responsive and helpful.
