Super peaceful place to stay. Becky provides great instructions and thoughtful touches throughout the space. The bed was very comfy and the entire place is very clean. The front porch with the view of the water and beautiful lawn was great. Highly recommend!

This place was fantastic. Check in/out was a bit annoying because the security desk and the parking garage aren’t easy to access from each other, but otherwise everything was great!

The location is amazing, great views! Restaurants, walking distance to Pike Market, and we even walked to Lumen Field The vases in the unit were a nice touch, and allowed me to get some of the beautiful flowers at the market. Recommend Vonns 1000 Spirits for food and drink, as well as Dough Zone for lunch and Skillet Diner for breakfast. Only down side was, unit did not have air conditioning, and unfortunately when the windows were open, the air conditioning on the other building was very loud, so we did keep the bedroom windows closed during the night. Lots of fans were provided, so in the end it was fine. The staff was great, check in & check out. We would stay again next time in Seattle

We had a wonderful stay. The host was very responsive and proactive. The harbor view from the apartment was stunning. Everything was there as described and at the right place. Very close to Pike Place Market and downtown, and Symphony station where you can get off the link light trail if you are coming from airport. This is my fourth visit to Seattle and I would stay here again once I have a chance to come back.

Kivaans place was perfect for what we were looking for. A place to stay the night while exploring the Olympic peninsula. It was super clean. It is part of a Wyndham resort so it felt more like a hotel, which was great!

Beautiful building with wonderful views. its helpful that there is staff in person. very walkable and central to navigate in the city. Lots of amenities but as a new building they are figuring out various guest related services but ground staff was always responsive.

I LOVE This Place ! One Of The Top 5 Stays I’ve Had In Seattle, And Airbnb Alone ! Very Clean And Luxurious, The Unit Was Super Clean And Very Beautiful. The BalconyWas So Nice And Peaceful To Sit And Look Out At. Loved What The Hotel Has To Offer Beyond Just The Room, My Little One Enjoyed The Rock Wall And Tennis Equipment Along With The Basketball Court ! The Kitchen Had EVERYTHING You Need To Cook , I Really Felt At Home Here

Comfortable stay. Everything was as described. Safe Neighborhood. Ground-level apartment but no noise from neighbors. Multiple open parking spots. Excellent host. She accommodated our late checkout request.

Nice apartment complex in a great location. The apartment itself is clean and has everything you would need. Thomy has been a great host. Would definitely book another stay here.

Accommodations were as described with a very nice view of the bay and fast elevators to the 15th floor. A full size coffee machine with filters was provided along with all other kitchen amenities for meal preparation. Great location within a few blocks from Pikes Place Market and many dinning options to include Target for snacks and drinks. The Starbucks Reserve Roastery was a 20 minute walk from the apartment. Symphony Station (light rail) was only 2 blocks away from the apartment and provides roundtrip transportation to/from SEATAC airport. The 8 minute walk to the monorail at Westlake Center provides roundtrip transportation to the Space Needle. Highly recommend due to location and ease of access to public transportation and tourist spots in the area.

Timberlawn is a home from home and we consider it our second home. What is outstanding is of course Thomy. She is a professional, friendly host and a very kind person who was very responsive to our needs.
