Condo vacation rentals in Queen Anne, Seattle

It was a beautiful place! Had a clear view of space needle, we enjoyed watching new year’s fireworks from the condo! Overall a beautiful place to stay!

The apartment overlooks the beautiful courtyard and the amenities are quite nice. The building was very secure in an iffy neighborhood. But you have to be careful about entering and exiting the secure parking, with fines if you don't wait for the gate to close behind you.

The place is very clean, tidy, and stocked with everything you may need. It’s very clear how much effort Debra puts into making the place very stylish and functional for guests. She was highly communicative and extremely helpful in parking, giving local recommendations, and everything else throughout the entire duration of our stay. Would definitely stay here again :)

Truly a great place to stay as far as location goes. We walked EVERYWHERE and it was so fun to check out the city this way. 1st night we ventured out and explored Capitol Hill and on the 2nd day we awoke and went directly to the Public Market on Pike and the new waterfront. Spent the entire morning and afternoon exploring, shopping and eating and it was perfect. Christopher and John left coffee for us to enjoy during our stay which I greatly appreciated. Other benefits were the secure, covered parking. Roof deck for views of the city and some fresh air. There's a great TV system. Also, the kitchen and both bathrooms are stocked well.

The condo was very cozy and peaceful, not to mention the location makes this place worth booking. Everything that my friends and I wanted to do was walking distance; let it be for both day and night activities. Communication was clear from the very beginning all the way until the end, by far the easiest and best experience I had 10/10 recommend!

Courtney's place was convenient and super close to the main area of Queen Anne. It was nice to be tucked away in the neighborhood!

Jeri was absolutely amazing! Great recommendations for what to do, eat and see. The space was extremely comfy, all the extras one could need and location is amazing!

lots of restaurants and different types of food around. the house was nice and tidy my favorite part was the rooftop view.

I enjoyed my stay here! The unit was very clean and had everything I needed for an extended stay. The bed was very comfortable and the tv has all streaming services. The unit was very quiet, even being in a busy area of downtown! Two things to note - the elevator was very slow because one of them was broken (no fault to anyone!) so I did resort to taking the stays to the 7th floor almost every time I arrived/departed. Also, as others mentioned, the parking spot is very, very small, but there is usually street parking available so if you have a large SUV like me, you should be good! The hosts were very friendly and kind and made sure I had everything I needed. I ended up extending my stay because it was perfect for what I needed. Thanks again!

We had an awesome experience here! Everything was nearby and a walkable distance. The home itself was very clean and beautiful. Would definitely book here again!

Nick was a terrific host. I really enjoyed the studio and it was super convenient and 3 blocks from my son's studio. He was super responsive and really thought of everything. I would strongly recommend this studio and will stay here again if I get the chance.

We had an excellent stay! The location is beautiful, walkable, and the views from the property are awesome. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and we enjoyed the amount of space we had to eat, play board games, and watch movies. The hosts were incredibly kind and communicative. We would absolutely love to stay here again and would highly recommend!

This place is exactly as it looks in the photos. Very cute decoration, cozy space and very comfortable bed. Queen Anne center was very walkable from here and Kerry Park was just up the road. Amazing location for a long weekend in Seattle. Wish I could have stayed longer! Jill was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

If you're looking for a nice, clean, comfortable and safe place to stay in SeaTac, this Condo is great. It had every amenity we needed, and is in a very nice and centralized location, so we didn't have to drive far at all to visit all the places we wanted to. The host is very helpful, quick to respond and professional. Overall it was a fantastic stay 👍

Amy's place was perfect for our 4 day stay in Seattle. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, filters, tea and basic spices. There's a tea kettle but it's a mini one as a heads up for tea drinkers. The neighborhood got a little sketchy at night but the building is very secure. Amy was flexible with our check in time by 2.5 hours which was very nice. Bathroom sink was struggling to drain but there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Super walkable to all tourist spots. Thanks Amy!

The place was very nice ,neat and clean ,and the host is very nice ,all time available and helpful for any kind of questions, even it was not related to the stay . Place has all the amenities as described In the listing.

Allen was a great host. Our car got broken into (downtown Seattle) and he gave us an extended check out so we could manage getting our window fixed.

It was a beautiful comfortable home.. we loved it!! It was across the street from the crocodile!! A lot of things close by!!! the check in and check out is kind of a lot of steps.. all the towels were still in the dryer so it took us a bit to find them lol no wash cloths.. the oven is in like Celsius so that was different we had to use google… pricing is a bit on the higher end with cleaning and all the fees!!! Took us like 20 min to check in and 20 to check out as we forgot our laminate parking pass in our car :( so that took awhile to get back in etc, I will finish with more good it is very safe feeling!! With the homeless in Seattle that area there was only 1 guy and that was it!!! All in all a wonderful stay would do it again and I know it would be way easier this time!! We only stayed 1 night!! Thank you worth the stay!!!!

Eugenio and Simon were great at responding to messages. Easy meet up to get into the building, great building and the room was comfortable. Location was great. coffee shops, restaurants, Pike Place and Lumien field all within walking distance. neighbourhood was great. definitely would stay again for our next trip

The location of this stay is prefect for a first time visit to Seattle, very walkable with so many shops and activities nearby. The stay is very cozy with a nice view. The actual beds and pillows were comfy.

A friend and I came to Seattle for a great time with a hot tub and sauna! That’s what we got! Raymond was very proactive in his communication to get us checked in! He gave us a quick tour of the place and was very helpful getting us settled in! The location is great if you’re looking to go to The Climate Pledge Arena to catch a Kraken game or hit Pikes Market or even the Space Needle! Thanks again Raymond, we will definitely be coming back!

Everything was AMAZING! House was fully stocked, super clean, beds were comfy and nice corner view of the water. A greeter was outside waiting when we arrived and helped us get all checked in. Location couldn’t get much better, walking distance to just about everything. Building itself felt very safe for being in downtown. On the note about downtown it is very loud, but that is to be expected. We had such a pleasant time. Gale was very responsive and helpful in every way. We would recommend to everyone!

This was my 3rd time staying at Kim’s place! This place is great, as it is very walkable to shopping and restaurants and it’s always super clean! Kim is very quick to respond to my questions.
