They call the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle the Center of the Universe and you'll be in the center of the Center of the Universe. You'll be a stone's throw to multiple coffee shops, amazing restaurants, unique shops, and fun bars. You're also a 1/4 mile from the water. Our place is an old carriage house—originally built in the early 1900s to house horse-drawn carriages. It's a showplace of craftsmanship with patio nestled under fir and cedars. It is peaceful while close to Fremont's nightlife.

Welcome to the beautiful Queen Anne neighborhood. Centrally located in Seattle to get to all the fun attractions quickly and easily but still quiet, relaxing and safe. Modern, spacious and fully stocked, at 1300 sq feet there is more than enough room for a couples retreat or small groups and families :) Take a nice walk up the hill to the shops in queen anne or a 5 minute uber to Ballard, Fremont, Greenlake and more. And don't forget to catch the sunsets from the porch. They are spectacular!

Impeccable, newly renovated space nestled among giant trees. Complete with hardwood floors, skylights and cathedral ceilings. You'll wake up each morning in the loft with views of the Olympic Mountains. The outdoor deck overlooks a yard with huge redwoods and a water feature. This one bedroom loft is a fully detached independent ADU on the property behind our home. We live on the main property and are generally nearby if needed; however, the loft is designed with respect for your privacy.

Weekly Discount - Olympic Mtns & Puget Sound View!

This large two-bedroom (one regular bedroom & one loft bedroom) unit offers amazing views of the Olympic Mountains and the Puget Sound from the living room. There is a deck but at this time it is not accessible. All while being a short distance from downtown Seattle and Ballard! Please note: If you're looking for a newly remodeled space, this unit isn't for you. While we think this is a pretty great place to live, it's a little dated in places. Everything is clean and functional, though!

Stay in one of Seattle premier old neighborhoods, just 2 miles from the Space Needle and 3.5 from Pike Place Market. Enter this lovely 1903 American four square home from the front door. Head upstairs to your private area. Fully renovated, 2 bedrooms, bath and a sitting room complete with a well stocked coffee bar. While there is no kitchen, you do have a big fridge and microwave. Host does live on the main floor but uses a separate entrance so no shared spaces.
